The garden is lush and nice and there is plenty of space to relax both on the patio at the front and back. The back is transparent from three directions. Barbecue available. The house has three bedrooms and a sofa bed with room for two. Further there are three toilets, a shower and a bathtub. It takes about 15 minutes into the city by subway.

Great starting point for hikes along Sörmlandsleden. Trains to Stockholm take 37min. Commuter train to Stockholm Central takes 1 hour. The house has two apartments that share hall and garden, but no one is at home in the second apartment during stay. So you will have the entire place to yourselves.

From Fruängen it takes 10 minutes to Södermalm (Hornstull) and 18 minutes to T-centralen. Several playgrounds within the community area. In the house, there is a 160 cm double bed, two single beds, a family bed 120+80 as well as a tent bed that can be set up if necessary for an extra bed.

Cleaning service available for SEK 1200 extra, bed linen/towels 30 SEK per set, please advise timely so it can be arranged.
