Vacation rentals with a patio in Socastee

From the booking to the checkout this place is fantastic. Great location for all Myrtle Beach has to offer and perfect for returning to after a busy day to relax and recharge for your next adventure in Myrtle Beach. Right next to the pool and tennis court and the balcony overlooks the golf course and is perfect for afternoon drinks. Will definitely be back!

My Check In Was A Little Slow But There Were No Problems After That. The Place Was Exactly Like The Pictures, It Was Clean And The Area Was Nice And Quiet.

I have to say this place has set the bar for me. This was my first Airbnb stay and it did not disappoint. This place was super cute and cozy. The only issue was the 30 min drive to a Walmart. But that is out of Ellens control. If I need to return to the Conway area, I would definitely be returning to Ellens place.

This unit is very well taken care of. Check in was easy, unit was clean and location was great. Would stay here again.

Me and three others enjoyed our stay here! The condo is exactly as the photos show, it is very clean and roomy for four adults! There is an ocean view balcony and a street view balcony for fresh air. It is close by (walking distance) to surrounding restaurants/bars and the beach. We enjoyed the pool during our stay as well! Susan communicates well and is very responsive! We will be booking again when staying in town in the future!

This condo is couple perfect! Beautifully appointed and better than described. Had every amenity you could need. The view from the balcony was AMAZING! The hosts were super responsive to any needs. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Myrtle Beach.

Stayed for two nights. The complex is full of things to do that we didn’t have time to explore. Lots of pools, lazy river was great for my 6yr old. Pictures were very accurate. Overall, happy with our stay. The key code didn’t work when checking in but the host got back to me instantly. Just one nitpick that’s completely outside of the host’s control. The building definitely feels dated. There are two elevators and one of them is out of service. The building itself is accessible but depending on where your unit is, you may be forced to use the elevator further away to get to higher floors. With that in mind, we just parked closer to the elevator as we have an accessibility situation. Other than that, nothing to complain about. Plenty of parking. Plenty of things to do. If I ever come back to MB, I’ll consider staying here again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! It's a gorgeous piece of property and close to everything. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed to make our trip with our dog, Gretta, feel like home away from home. James even had fresh baked cookies waiting! The house was amazing! It had everything we needed and was clean. The bikes are an extra perk that we really enjoyed as well. Satchele was responsive and flexible. 10/10!

Wonderful Stay – Clean, New Home Just a Short Walk from the Beach We had a fantastic stay at Alisa’s place! The house is brand new and impeccably clean — you can really tell it's been well taken care of. It was a comfortable space to come back to after a day out. One of the best parts was the location: it's just a short walk to the beach, which made walks to the beach incredibly convenient. Alisa was a great host, very friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free

Home was great! Very well maintained inside and out! Huge Master bedroom with private bath. Large backyard! Plenty of sitting options in the living room! Updated Kitchen! All necessity available for use! Overall a great place to stay!

This place was great for our father’s birthday weekend at the beach! Plenty of room, the living room could use a little more seating, but overall we enjoyed our stay. Great location, excellent response times from the host and very clean!

House was pretty exactly what was advertised. This is not the nicest area of Myrtle but it was very convenient to the beach and boardwalk. Great stay for a great price!

These guys are amazing, my husband and I wanted to have a relaxing weekend so we decided to ride down to the beach. It was late Friday evening after work so we didn’t think we would be able to find a place to stay but we looked anyway. We seen that chuck and Maggie had an available appointment so we reached out to them and within minutes they responded and had us all set. So with everything set on go we get there and I have to say everything was better than described on the listing, the parking was excellent, easy unloading, no wait time on others, and time you step out the vehicle you have a store so you don’t have to go anywhere if you need anything, access to the room is very straightforward and for the best of our relaxation getaway the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. To top it all off nothing is better than opening the door to the sweet sound of the ocean with an amazing oceanfront view. Thank you guys we loved it!!!

Great stay! The extra towels and beach towels were a great add. Hot water, great water pressure. Not noisy at night. Peaceful and quiet. Nice place to take walks down the road. Close to Dunkin and Starbucks and the beach!! Ha!

Diana’s place was just as described. Clean and well equipped. It is a 3rd floor walkup but the stairs were easy. Centrally located to both ends of the beach.

Pearl’s place was great. We came down for a country music festival and spent most of our time there so we weren’t at the condo much but it was perfect for sleeping and drinking morning coffee on the patio. The beds and pillows are great quality, not the constantly going flat hotel pillows. Very easy drive to the oceanfront area. Secure neighborhood.

I really liked this place it was very spacious and the kids loved seeing the ducks and swans in the lake and we had everything we needed like rags and towels even stuff to cook with

The stay was amazing! We were in town for CCMF and this condo was perfect for our needs. The view from the balcony was amazing and everything was as described. Sarah was very responsive the entire time! Will definitely keep this in mind for future trips to Myrtle beach!!
