Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Socabaya

We stayed here for 2 weeks. Impeccable accommodation with the little touches that we can find in a hotel. Safe residential neighborhood with concierges at the entrance. count between 8 and 12 soles by taxi to reach the Place d'Armes. It's also very good on foot. the owner is accessible and responded positively to our requests great experience!

100% recommended. Very nice apartment. I hope it's available for our next visit to Arequipa

Very nice little place, good for 2, with garden (table and seats available), very good equipped even for longer stays, bedroom is upstairs, in an area of private houses; taxi into towncenter is only a few Soles, but also the busstop is only 7 min. walk way. Cute little and friendly dog there with the owners/Keepers. Communication was very good and asking for a hairdryer was no problem at all.

We like the apartment , the area is very safe, close to restaurants, shopping malls, excellent option.

My family and I felt comfortable in the depa, it had everything mentioned in the description. Roby was very friendly, quick to respond to any inquiries we had during our stay.

Everything was great. The communication was easy, we could get into the apartment at the wished time, everything was clean and cozy and er had some nice restaurants around. Thank you! (We stayed there 2 times)

The house is just like the photos, it totally exceeded our expectations, the landscapes and views are spectacular and we were entertained by the alpacas. Highly recommended, if I return to Arequipa I would return anyway.

The place was neat. The shower was kinda hard to use because you need to adjust it a lot in order to get hot water. The bedsheets had some stains tho. Shes really kind tho, and the place Is close to the plaza and the market so you guys can just walk

Absolutely recommended. One of the best places I have booked in Airbnb. This beautiful duplex has everything you need, is spacious, comfy, and has good taste. By the other hand, Lily is a wonderful person, very kind, always attentive and willing to help with any issue. Great choice!!!

It was very cozy, everything was organized, clean and impeccable, the view from the balcony to the park was surprising and the kindness and cordiality of the owner made this stay a fascinating and repeatable experience.

This is an excellent BNB. It is very spacious, uncluttered and comfortable. The wi-fi is excellent. The location is great, just down the street from the short bridge that leads to the Playa de Armas. There was hot water for great showers and a combo washer/dryer unit that was easy to figure out and that worked really well. There's alot to see in and out of Arquipa.

I stayed at Jose´s place with my son and husband and we really felt like home. Everything was as described, the apartment is new with a well-distributed design. As a family we like quite places, which is why we were happy not to be at the heart of the noisy downtown area and we had a great view of the mountains. Also, Jose Miguel is a great host, kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

The pool and sauna is with prior reservation, the landlord solved it well, it is close to a shopping center, you can walk, quiet area, there is 24/7 surveillance, it gives you 2 towels. It is comfortable. It stays on the 10th floor but there is an elevator.

Very good location, close to the main square, close to a supermarket and restaurants. At night it is quiet. The apartment is comfortable and spacious for two people. All services included and very fast and stable internet. Best of all are the check-in and check-out times, the best we've found on Airbnb. The only thing that would be good to change would be the cooking utensils. Thank you for letting us stay in your apartment.
