If you are looking for a central property in Gavarnie, this apartment is absolutely fantastic. We stayed as a family of five and it was perfect. Well equipped, clean and lots of storage for bags and clothes. One bedroom has a bunk which has a double on the bottom and single on top, and the other has a double bed and also an additional bunk. Please remember that you need to provide all of your own bedding and towels, and there is no between-rental cleaner so you need to clean the place well before you leave. We didn’t mind as we found it in such a clean state when we arrived and there are plenty of cleaning materials. We took our three children (9, 8, 5) on the 10km walk to the Cirque de Gavarnie, and hired a donkey (on the main road, 3 hours for €40) for the youngest. It is 4km to the Hotellerie where you can stop, have lunch or ice-cream, and where you need to tie up the donkey. It is another 1km towards the waterfall but not difficult terrain (we were in trainers)

Perfect accommodation! Ideally located right next to the Skyvall. The apartment is new and clean. Perfectly equipped, we did not miss anything. The listing and information are clear.

We had a great stay at Dan and Kikine's. A very nice and special house. Very spacious, very complete many amenities. Everything takes care of the last detail. The house is decorated with care, love and taste. The well-maintained many plants in the house completed it. Around the house is a spacious garden with swimming pool. Due to the many activities we wanted to do in a limited time, we did not use the swimming pool. But it's a lovely place. Thank you for your hospitality Dan and Kikine. See you next time!

We had a great time at this place, clean, comfortable and as described. The location is ideal and the welcome was warm. Small downside: there were a few essentials missing such as aluminum foil, stretch film or some basic condiments, which would have been useful for cooking more easily. That said, it didn't spoil our stay. We highly recommend this listing!

The accommodation offered is very quiet, last residence in a cul-de-sac, overlooking Cauterets. Private parking is a real plus, especially with a baby, parking nearby to unload everything is not negligible. The accommodation is close to the city center, but after the hikes, you'll want to think twice about walking there (easy descent, a little less uphill after the meal😅). Great place to stay in Lourdes. Close and walkable to everything, but on a peaceful street. Antoine was proactive and very responsive, and an extremely kind relative lives in the building as well. Great decor, and an amazing boulangerie is one block away.

Apartment, as detailed in the description, had everything you need to feel at home. Positive point on the issue of parking, the apartment has 1 but you also have the possibility of parking on the street. The village is very small and has a bar, but you are very close to other towns where you will find shops, bars, restaurants, etc.. and if you like to ski you have the slopes very close by.

Ideally located for those who love beautiful landscapes, beautiful mountains, small peaceful villages. The apartment is very comfy and comfy Everything you need is available, so you won't be lacking in anything. I enjoyed the breakfasts on the balcony, facing a beautiful view of the mountains and sheep nearby.

Thanks to Denis for hosting us, for his responsiveness and kindness. we are repeat offenders and I note that from one year to the next there is more and more equipment (the Air Fryer!) in a home where there is a lot of it. it's very simple: there's everything. And lots of games for kids too, of all ages. There were new ones there too. I regularly stay at Airbnbs and this one is part of my top value for money list. Recommended +++
