The cottage is intimate and cozy, close to the forest and mountain trails. It is adjacent to our house, within a convenient distance of many attractions of the Owl Mountains. There is no TV in the cottage, but there is no problem with the Internet coverage. - Upstairs: two bedrooms (one connecting), one double bed and two single beds, and a folding single chair + a place to work at the computer. - Ground floor: sofa, table with chairs, kitchen and bathroom with shower and dryer. - Parking on the property. - Storage for equipment.

Our Stable

Our Stable is part of a former German house, located on a two-hectare plot of 160 m2, a 70 m terrace plus a half-timbered house, the equipment of the old village has been preserved. You can use the private library in the part of the house where the hosts live. The meadow is a natural habitat for wild animals. The terrace (dining and relaxation area) is also used for observing nature. Next to the house, there is an old orchard (hammocks), sunny and shaded places for those seeking peace. Large kitchen. One bathroom, shower.

Górska Przystań Sierpnica is a charming property for rent, located on one of the picturesque slopes of the Owl Mountains. There are two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna and hot tub, and a barbecue gazebo. The windows offer a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. The "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" is dominated by peace and quiet, a beautiful, soothing view, and frequent guests are roe deer and field hares - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests. Water King is a houseboat for 7 people. Available as a floating home until November 30, 2025, and from April 2026, weather permitting. Rentals are available only on a residential basis, with no floating allowed during the December-March period. Lower prices apply during this time. Onboard: a kitchen with a living room overlooking the water, bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet, sunny terraces, underfloor heating, air conditioning with a heating function, and independent gas heating for winter.

A unique place hidden in a birch grove on the edge of a recreational village at the foot of the Owl Mountains. A house in harmony with nature, made of wood, draws water from a well, and is powered by solar energy. The terrace among the birches makes you part of the energetic space, and the trees naturally protect you from the sun in summer. Thanks to the large glazing, you will feel like an element of the forest ecosystem. The bedroom overlooks Ślęża, one of several chakras in Poland.

The apartment is located on the ground floor in a former farm from 1887 with an area of about 40 m2. Guests have at their disposal a separate bedroom with two beds, a kitchen with a hob, a fridge, an electric kettle, a microwave and a set of dishes for preparing meals. The kitchen also has a sofa bed for two people, less comfortable than the beds in the bedroom;) A climatic bathroom with a shower. The space is dedicated to 1-4 people. The house has two bedrooms upstairs - 5 beds: two double beds and one single bed. Upstairs there is also a bathroom with a toilet and shower. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a toilet. The living room has a TV and a sofa bed that can accommodate two more people. The whole is crowned with a fireplace, which serves as a decoration and a heating unit on cold days. On request, we also offer daily cleaning, linen and towel change.
