There are sheep and taxies running across the creek. Those who aren't looking for, no luxury, but just want to blink away from the hustle and bustle of the city, they're sure to like the Potůčka. Fishing maybe, 10km river Sázava, where there is a spring!

The house is located in a nice historical part of Benešov and is spacious enough for family or a group of friends. The smaller garden is perfect for evening BBQ and offers impeccable peace and privacy. The house has a main living room with a walk-through kitchen and dining room and access to the garden. On the lower floor there is the first of the bathrooms with a shower and a washing machine. The upper floor has a master bedroom with a work area and two rooms. There is also a master bathroom with a large bathtub.
