Staying at this Airbnb felt like a true escape. The location couldn't have been better – being mere steps from the beach was such a treat, allowing for spontaneous walks and the calming sound of the waves. It was wonderful to find such a genuinely dog-friendly place; my pups absolutely loved it, which made the stay even more enjoyable for me. The entire atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and I found the off-season to be a particularly lovely time to visit, with beautiful weather and a sense of peacefulness. The property itself had everything I could possibly need, making it easy to settle in and feel comfortable. Amy was fantastic – always communicative and helpful, ensuring a smooth and easy stay. While there were plenty of options for things to do in the area, I also appreciated the opportunity to simply unwind and work remotely in such a serene setting. The upper deck was my favorite spot for getting sun many hours of the day. I’ve stayed in many airbnbs and this is a favorite!

What a delightful experience! The house was as advertised and more. Kate provided many thoughtful touches (easy entertainment navigating, extra kitchen and food treats, fully stocked kitchen and cooking aids, games, beach supplies), which were wonderful surprises. She operates a pet friendly house, with pet supplies too. The location is marvelous, and the Surf City beaches are wonderful. She truly is a five star hostess, and this lovely home is perfect for a family/pet holiday.

The host was very responsive and the place was great all around. Views are amazing, parking is out front of the unit. This spot is one of the best for the price and worked well for three people for two nights. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in town.

We had a fantastic stay at Michelle’s place. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. Having rented quite a few places in the Topsail/Surf City area, my wife and I agreed that this was a top favorite. Will certainly look here for future stays.

We had the best beach vacation at Kristin’s place. The house was just as described and very well stocked with just about everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was one of best for folks like us who cook most meals - plenty of pots and pans, utensils, and lots of dishes. Beds were all super comfy. And the use of the beach towels, chairs, sun shades and toys were WONDERFUL saving us precious packing space in the car. Kristin was very helpful with all my questions. 10 out of 10! Next time we are headed to the beach, this is the first place I will try to book. Thank you!

Nothing beats waking up and immediately being able to see the Atlantic Ocean, great location! The kitchen has been recently redone, which was nice and spacious. The back balcony was half roofed so it was a nice place to sit away from the sun to take in the view. It was peaceful and quiet, everyone around us was respectful of everyone else’s surroundings. It was a blessing being able to take our dog with us on this trip. She felt comfortable in the house and fell in love with the beach!

I highly recommend this house! It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The host is very responsive. Overall, we had a great time - loved the house and its location to the beach!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Private Island Stay! We had an unforgettable stay on this beautiful private island in Swansboro. It was just my husband and I with our two dachshunds, and the entire island to ourselves—so dreamy! The home was cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed, plus the linens smelled ahh-mazing! We loved watching the boats go by, kayaking around the island, observing the wildlife and exploring nearby spots like Shark Tooth Island, where we found shells and actual shark teeth! The sunrises and sunsets were stunning, and the ocean breezes made it feel like a peaceful nature retreat, not to mention the hot shower which was pure luxury! Plenty of great spaces to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Close to nearby marinas and other islands, too. Highly recommend—we’d come back in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend this home enough! Excellent access to the beach and the home has everything you could need and so much more! Hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would love to come back!

Great stay for our family, bunk beds were a big plus, and beach chairs, boogie board, and pool noodles left were an awesome bonus.

We loved staying here! Great location near the beach and in a private area. Everyone we saw was extremely friendly. The indoor/outdoor pools were another perk. Overall, we had a great time and would love to come back in the future! The condo was right at the beginning of Emerald Isle before going further to the area where there are more tourists-Which we thought was another plus. Thank you!!!

We enjoyed our stay here! The beach supplies were amazing, and we had everything we needed for traveling with our toddler. One thing to note is you do have to put the sheets on the beds yourself. That wasn’t clear in the listing, and we waited until we were exhausted to do it later that night which wasn’t very fun. But very minor action in what was a wonderful family vacation with great views!

We had an amazing time at Blue View! Our group was aged 2 and half to 83, so we have some insight to share. The stairs were difficult to manage for our older family members but we had expected that (hard to find oceanfront ranches!) But the location made it easy for the family to be on the balcony and enjoy watching the grandchild play on both the playground and the beach! The views were impressive, we slept peacefully in comfortable beds to the sound of ocean waves. The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to feel right at home.

Renee is an excellent host from beginning to end. She responded to all of my questions within minutes and did everything she could to make our stay comfortable. The location is quiet and peaceful. Traveling with children to the beach requires a location with easy access to the beach and within short proximity, as you will be hauling half the house with you to meet the kiddos every whim. This home meets those needs! Very easy distance to walk from the house to the beach. The home was clean and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches of limited breakable items, keeping it easy to maintain with children. Overall, I would definitely recommend and return! We enjoyed our stay at Bee and Joe's. It looked just like the photos and everything was so clean. We took our 2 yo and 8 yo and they absolutely loved it. It felt like home and the kids room was the perfect setup with the bunk beds and trundle. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean from the condo. We could also see the ocean from the main bedroom windows. The washer and dryer were very handy. The location is amazing and close to so many places to eat. It's very close to Surf City and other great surrounding areas. The beach is literally steps away and made it so easy to go back to the condo if we happened to leave something behind or someone had to use the restroom. Bee and Joe were very responsive. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say enough good things about the condo! If the beautiful scenery and private access to the beach weren’t enough, Megan’s use of limited space never made the condo feel crowded and it was fully stocked with anything you could need! She answered all of my questions (there were quite a few lol!) and she was so kind! It was truly an amazing destination for our first family vacation! A beautiful island, lots of shells, a quiet beach, and I already miss my morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves.

Such a fantastic place, right on the beach! They have everything you need, including wake boards, chairs, umbrella. Just a beautiful place on the ocean!!! My second time back, and I'll go a third!!

Amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described, everything we needed was right there. It felt like a home away from home. We unexpectedly had trouble with our truck not starting, and the host went above and beyond by allowing us to leave it there until it could be towed. She was incredibly responsive, kind, and understanding throughout the whole situation. That kind of hospitality made a huge difference in our trip. We felt completely taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an stress-free, comfortable place to stay!

The hosts accommodated my husband and I on a super last minute getaway. The condo was wonderful. It was in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle. It was very clean, well stocked, with comfy beds and nice furniture. We didn’t use the pool because we were too busy enjoying the beach. The balcony was wonderful to enjoy in the morning having coffee overlooking the ocean. We’d definitely love to return.

John’s place was wonderful for a quick weekend getaway to Topsail. The beach access was a quick walk across the street and there were wonderful views of the waterway from the front porch. Everything was clean and cozy and John was very responsive. The beach wagon, extra chairs and towels were a big plus!

Suze and John are such a pleasant couple and went above and beyond to meet our needs! They both are kind and helpful. They were prompt in their responses and in servicing an appliance need. The space felt like home and is definitely blessed! The view of the ocean and being able to walk right out to the water was wonderful!!! Very clean and organized. Clam Chowder is a comfy little slice of heaven! We will return!! Thank you and Bless you friends!

Nicole’s place is super cute, tastefully decorated. It was stocked with every utensil we needed to be cooking in most all our meals PLUS containers for leftovers. Linens were cotton, no poly itchy junk. Loads of beach towels to borrow and all fun stuff like boogie boards and chairs and a CART to pull it all! Laundry was awesome to be able to do and she has a vacuum to clean up anything that got into the house even after we could use the outdoor shower below. The dead end street with a private view of the marsh was gorgeous. Think cranes and blue herons to drink your coffee with. Walk to the beach was close enough to run home and use the bathroom if needed. So convenient! The house was spotless, thank god. One and only downside for our teens was that there really isn’t anything close to “do” aside from beach. Which was exactly why WE loved it. They rode bikes for fun. Restaurants are a drive. Cute Tiki Bar that’s family friendly a block away. Grocery 15-30. Skip Rick’s!

This place worked great for our weekend away- loved the pool, restaurants, access to the beach. The unit had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and great to work with.
