We had a great stay! The place was just as pictured – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. The location is great and ideal for exploring the area. Also absolutely fair in terms of price. Everything was exactly like it was in the description. A small note: The kitchen cabinets inside could be a little cleaner – but that was really just a small thing and didn't cloud our positive overall impression. We would come back anytime!

Upon arrival, we were very warmly welcomed and everything was explained in detail. Carola also gave us some tips, such as where to rent a bike for one euro a day. Such a good and friendly welcome is very rare.

Wonderfully furnished apartment in the terraced corner house with large well-kept garden, many seating areas, views to dune and sky, only 5 min. walk to the beach, 2 great beach bars within walking distance, extensive beach. Comfortable beds and sofa. My dog loved it too!

We spent two wonderful nights at Monica's, the three of us. As soon as we arrived, she greeted us with great warmth and kindness that immediately put us at ease. She explained everything to us very clearly, in excellent French, and she remained available at all times to answer any questions we had. We felt like we were with a member of our family, it was really nice. The environment is quiet and relaxing, and the apartment is as described. A big thank you to Monica for this great stay! Great!

Our stay in Breskens was fantastic, which was largely due to the great apartment and the warm hospitality of Ann. The location of the apartment is unbeatable: direct view of the beach, sea and harbor – simply wonderful! The apartment is very nice and well maintained. It is also an ideal starting point for walks along the coast and beautiful bike tours in the area. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Breskens. Thank you, Ann!

We had a great time over new years. It's a really cozy home and the fire place was a big plus. We could also see ourselves sitting in the backyard during summer. Lot of beautiful cities nearby, like Brugge or Gent. Would definitely come back again.

We felt very comfortable in Carina's apartment. The kitchen is high-quality and extensively equipped, so that nothing was left to be desired. There are also various games for all ages. We particularly liked the immediate proximity to the beach, the garden and the playground in front of the door. If you have any questions, Carina always got back to you promptly and was able to help! Hopefully we'll be back sometime… Thank you!

very comfortable. The accommodation corresponded exactly to the information in the description and offered space for two families. In total we had four bedrooms, and one of them even had an integrated shower which was perfect for the almost adult daughter. We will be happy to return.

Karins place was nice and clean and we loved the very uncomplicated and friendly communication. The little garden is also lovely arranged. You can visit a lot of nice places from the house - however, a car will be mandatory as there are only few opportunities to explore close by. For us, it was great value for price.

Very good communication with the friendly owner. Extensive information brochure received in advance, very detailed and clear. Great flexibility with arrival and departure times, which was very convenient with a 2-year-old twin. Huge on all levels well-equipped house, also everything to live outside in good weather. Plenty of space outside and equipped with a good BBQ and fire bowl with wood. Beautifully enclosed domain in the middle of the greenery and with a connecting path in the forest to a large creek. Location ideal, very close to the beach. Had a great stay, thanks.

We were with a group of 20 people – children and adults – in this accommodation and had a great time all around! The house is superbly equipped and offers plenty of space for everyone. We were particularly pleasantly surprised by the great amenities – everything you need for a relaxing stay was available. The location is also ideal: the beach is just a two-minute walk away, which is of course a big plus for families with children. Everything else is also easily accessible and the surroundings are very pleasant. We can fully recommend this accommodation – perfect for larger groups and families who appreciate comfort, proximity to the sea and a nice ambience.

We loved Paul's apartment, especially because of the fantastic view. In addition, the apartment is very nicely furnished and well equipped, so we were also able to provide ourselves well. The communication with Paul worked great, he was very helpful and was able to give us many tips for activities, even with a toddler. We had a wonderful time at Paul's place and can highly recommend it.

Marc is very friendly, responds very quickly to Airbnb and also private. Brought things we missed right away and gratefully took tips we gave. Definitely a location to go to, close to everything!!

The accommodation is very well located, next to the Strandhotel and therefore halfway between the stores and the beach. The living room is spacious with a sunny terrace. The apartment is clean and the bathroom has an Italian shower. It is an ideal rental for families. Jacob is also very friendly and responsive to any questions.

Dear Jacob, We had a great stay at your apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped. There were 6 of us and there was nothing missing. We particularly liked the very well-equipped kitchen, the large living/dining room with the beautiful view of the beach, sea and marina. The parking space in the parking garage was easy to reach and sufficiently large. Your service at check-in and all communication was very good. The apartment itself is a dream come true. It's spacious, modern, and beautifully furnished. The views of the dunes are simply stunning, and the location is perfect for enjoying the beach and local amenities. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need, including a smart home system, a top-of-the-line kitchen, and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, our arrival was marred by a less-than-ideal experience. The person who was supposed to meet us was not present, and their response to our calls was disappointing. Despite this minor setback, the apartment itself is truly exceptional.

We spent a night with our 15-month-old boy at Gazal's. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The accommodation was equipped for traveling with a child (cot, high chair, some games and some dishes), very convenient! The place was very quiet while being close by car to cities and beaches. Communication with the host was very good. We recommend it!

Apartment just as beautiful as in the photos and everything super clean. We felt very welcome due to the personal check-in. The apartment is slightly more expensive than other apartments, but very modern and well located (except for the parking situation and the garbage can that is much too far away). We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay at Jacob's apartment! The apartment was quietly located, very bright, sparkling clean, and furnished with a lot of love for detail and the view of the North Sea was wonderfully beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped, the beds clean and very comfortable and the Wi-Fi also worked perfectly. We would like to emphasise the great location and the great view – perfect for lingering and relaxing the soul.
