Lovely EMU house with sauna 15 km from Bratislava

The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. There are fridge, Nespresso coffee machine , kettler, plates, glases, cutlery

The house is built in 2020 in the style of a traditional Slovak wooden house and is located on a large private parcel (4,000 m2). In total there are 2 similar separated apartments in this house. The apartment has a separate entrance and will provide you with comfortable living during your vacation. Fast internet (LTE) and free parking near the house included.

Directly from the window of the house, you will see chickens and turkeys. The farmyard is full of cows, sheep and goats, dogs and cats. 🙂 The house offers everything you need for a full-fledged functioning and test your legs by cycling or hiking in the area. The village VÝCHODNÁ (*V) is an amazing place under High Tatras, a very good starting point for sightseeing, mountain and cycling tours. It is located in the middle between the towns of LIPTOVSKÝ MIKULÁŠ (from V. 25 km) and POPRAD (from V. 30 km). The village has almost the largest land area in Slovakia (19,350 ha) and the land area also includes the SYMBOL OF SLOVAKIA KRIVÁŇ (2,494 m above sea level), after which the accommodation is named.

Postavené vlastnými rukami od základov až po ručne vyrobený nábytok interiéru. Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie. A všade navôkol vysadená zeleň. Záležalo mi na tom, aby hostia zažili kvalitu a komfort na pohľad aj na vlastnej koži.

Dit vakantiehuis (Ranná Rosa) was vroeger een koeienstal. Geheel gerenoveerd met zoveel mogelijk hergebruikte materialen en oude elementen zijn bewaard gebleven. Een heerlijk huis, midden in de natuur. Er staat een picknicktafel waar je heerlijk aan kunt ontbijten en genieten van de rond scharrelende kippen. In de avond kun je genieten van het kampvuur en de sterrenhemel. Kortom, het is goed vertoeven bij Natuurlijk Slowakije.
