My stay at Irene's was fantastic! Everything was clean, lovingly furnished, and exactly as described. Irene is an incredibly friendly and helpful host—you immediately feel welcome. I definitely recommend it; I would come back anytime.

We've had a great stay at Damir's place. Damir turned out to be a fantastic host, super nice, friendly and very helpful. He welcomed us personally and showed us around the appartment. He provided us with a lot of tips concerning the area, places to eat and things to visit, showing us all on the map. There were even some snacks prepared and cold drinks in the fridge. The appartment itself is extremely clean. It's located in a beautiful and calm area with bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is just around the corner. There's also a supermarket a few steps away. You can reach the old town in a few minutes by taking the bus or have a nice walk along the coast which will take about 30 minutes. The bus stop is just 2 minutes away from the appartment. The apparment has a huge balcony where you can have your morning coffee or use the grill in the evening. It's very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. It's very bright and spacious. We really felt like home.

The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully decorated. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

This beautiful accommodation was really the best for us. In the garden there was a small path that led directly to the pebble beach. In general, the property was so beautiful and idyllic that it felt like a home away from home. On the balcony, you could enjoy the evening hours and let the wet swimming clothes dry very well after a long day at the beach. In general, the apartment was close to local supermarkets (small but also larger) and also a national park. We were greeted super nicely and the landlords were also available for questions at any time for the rest of the time. They were super sweet! Thank you for everything!

We spent relaxing autumn days at Lukas' house. The heated pool was the highlight for the kids. The restaurants were unfortunately closed in Novigrad at the time, but we ate well in the neighboring village (about 15 minutes' drive) in Pizzeria Fortuna. Otherwise, catering in the house is possible, as the kitchen is functionally furnished. Microwave, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine are available. Also spices, oil and tea. We liked the quiet fishing village very much and would be happy to come back.

Faultless space Within walking distance to the beach and shops. The host knows how to handle the unexpected There had to be a water outage and she provided us with water to compensate for the problem. Perfect! I would recommend it 100%

The apartment is new and consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room. It is located a short distance from the beach (a 3-minute walk). It has a balcony with a sea view. Since the apartment was recently made available, we encountered a few minor inconveniences that can be easily resolved by the owner. The apartment includes a refrigerator, freezer, ceramic cooktop, and oven (unfortunately, not working). One of the bathrooms is missing a strip to prevent water from flowing out of the shower, which may cause the bathroom to flood. There is a shared washing machine on the staircase, and there is parking in front of the building that can accommodate 4-5 cars. A grocery store and a restaurant are nearby. The owners are always available and have excellent communication. If we vacation in the area again in the future, we would gladly return.

It was a great stay. Great, hospitable hosts. Beautiful place with direct access to the sea. There is a terrace, barbecue, garden, sun loungers, umbrellas on the beach. Dominik and his brother were helpful at any time (rental of bikes, scooters, electric scooters, Łódź, speedboats). Aurelia and her husband were very welcoming, they are wonderful people. Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned but we were able to inform Andrej one hour before arrival and were then allowed to check in earlier. The house was clean and something to eat and drink was already in the fridge for us. An employee of Andrej explained everything to us and also came every morning in the morning when everyone was still asleep to clean the pool. In the house you can use the dishwasher and also the washing machine, tabs and dish soap have already been there. Outside, the lighting switches on automatically in the evening and unfortunately can't be turned off manually, which makes it seem like rooms from outside. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, which are open every day. It is about 30 minutes to Pag, there is also the nearest gas station and larger supermarkets. It is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the sea and you can walk directly into the water even without bathing shoes. All in all, you can take a great vacation here. Glad to come back!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful place. You have a huge pool and even a hot tub. On the terrace you have a great view of the sea and the sunset. Pool, hot tub and the whole facility are well maintained! Most impressive was how incredibly quiet it is there, whether in the morning, during the day or in the evening, absolute peace and quiet, exactly what we needed! A huge THANK YOU to Kiara and family! We had a very nice stay in Bibinje. The beach is only a few minutes away from the property. Bakery and restaurants as well as souvenir shops are in the immediate vicinity. The view from the balcony is very nice! Each room had air conditioning. It's not far to Zadar. There are loungers by the pool, but no parasols. We would come back.

we enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, large, equipped with all the comforts. Antonio was a great host and very helpful. During our stay, June 2025, unfortunately, there was construction at 2 houses next to us, which caused us some inconvenience. This will probably be completed soon.

We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

This is the villa dreams are made of. Every detail is taken care of inside the villa with lovely furnishings and super comfortable beds. The roof terrace is a dream, we only tried the hot tub once as it was so warm when we were there but I can imagine it’s gorgeous on cooler nights. So close to the sea and a short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely owners - would definitely return

lovely accommodation in a perfect location. View from balcony was amazing. 3k walk along seafront to Zadar old town or around 4 euros in taxi. Property overlooks a lovely Marina, there is a road in front of property but that did not bother us. 10 min walk to a supermarket which is very reasonable and a little further a lovely beach bar that owners recommended on map in apartment which served the most amazing food at a great price. Lovely welcome drinks and food for our arrival, great instructions on how to access property, overall we had a lovely 4 day break

We had a lovely weeks holiday. The view and the apartment did not disappoint. We enjoyed the jacuzzi in the evenings and were able to walk down to the sea for a swim in the day (take some slip on swimming shoes) You can rent a SUP board in the village, a short walk along the shore path from the apartment. If you want to hire small motor boat then go across to Starigrad. The local village is quiet with some bars and a small shop, although 20 minutes away is a large supermarket with lots of variety. We took an early morning trip to the Plitvice Lakes which was beautiful (although it did get busy - book e- tickets in advance) This was a great place to stay with a responsive, helpful and friendly host.

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

Novigrad provided a true small fishing village feel with beautiful surroundings and still just a pleasant drive away from lots more sights and activities. It was a pleasant surprise 😁

The listing is as described. The plus of this place is clearly the sea view. The sea breeze on the balcony allows for very pleasant meals despite the hot weather. Maja was very accessible and responsive. Quick access to swimming is an undeniable bonus. Very nice stay
