Fantastisk beliggenhed ved Kobæk strand! Sommerhuset ligger i 2 række til vandet med fint havkig over Agersøsund og skibstrafikken! Sommerhuset har 4 dobbeltværelser, men det ene er låst af til private ting. Der er derfor 3 dobbeltværelser med 140cm senge! Huset lejes ud til 7 da der er en ekstra madras til rådighed. Badeværelset er af ældre dato men fungerer perfekt! Kobæk strand ligger meget natursmukt og har en fantastisk badestrand og badebro. Hunde og katte er ikke tilladt i sommerhuset!

Indbydende sommerhus med to værelser, stort køkkenalrum, badeværelse med spa, solrige terasser; - beliggende højt i terræn med masser af sol med glimt til Storebæltsbroen. 750 m til dejlig og børnevenlig badestrand. I området er der masser af dyreliv; først og sidst på sæsonen er der gode muligheder for at se råvildt i haven. Da vi holder meget af dyrelivet er dele af haven overladt til sig selv. Sommerhuset er beliggende for enden af en lukket vej. Vi har også sandkasse og gynge til børn.

Huset er 63 kvm med værelse, soveværelse, badeværelse med vaskemaskine, og integreret tørretumbler, åbent køkken, med opvaskemaskine, stue samt et anneks på ca 15 kvm. Wifi via fiber. TV med chromecast (obs ingen antenne - kun streaming) Trådløs højttaler til streaming. Huset er nyrenoveret, 850 kvm dejlig grund, rolige omgivelser, stor træterrasse med havemøbler, solsenge samt gasgrill. Huset passer bedst til tre/fire personer.

Cosy cabin in near kids friendly beach.

Cozy and renewed cabin in a summer holiday area. Walking distance to the beach. Beach is very kids friendly. Outside area offers big terrace, grill and swings for the kids. Garden is big and can be used for multiples play activities. Inside has TV and free WIFI, with a functional kitchen an nice bathroom. This cabin will give you the cozy summer vacation felling the moment you get there.

Beachhouse directly on the beach, 10 meters from the sea. 84,5 sqm. You will love the view! Modern interior. 10 minutes walk to the small harbour Mullerup Havn with a traditional diner. 80 minutes drive to downtown Copenhagen. In the months of July and August, we only rent out the house in 14-day periods.
