About 8 km from Falkenberg's center and 500 meters to the beach, the cottage is beautifully located in a quiet rural environment. As a guest, you live separately from the family's/landlord's home with your own entrance where you have access to part of a large garden and an orangery with a patio. A few kilometers away, there is a wide range of restaurants, cafés, farm shops and everything fantastic that Falkenberg has to offer. Warm welcome!

Cozy cabin by the lake

Welcome to fresh cottage in a fantastic nature with species-rich surroundings. The cottage is added to 30 m2 and has a combined living room and kitchen. One bedroom and one sofa bed. When you look out you have some view of the lake where you also have boat access for fishing and swimming. Don't be surprised if you see both moose and deer passing the cabin. Ullared is only 40 minutes away and you will find grocery store 20 min drive from the cabin. There are a total of 3 cabins in the area and we are renting out two of these.

Apartment of 35 sqm that is completely newly built with nice material choices that is located in one of our Halland houses in Småris between Långasand and Ugglarp's sea baths. Outside the door, a popular walking loop passes by that offers both forest, sea and countryside. It is 00 meters to the beach, and there is both sandy beach and stone slabs. There is a large private wooden deck outside the apartment with both morning and evening sun. Next to the accommodation is a lookout with benches to enjoy the sunset over the sea.

Only 600m to the sea and just 100m to a small forest with nice walks. Bua is a small fishing village at the west coast of Sweden, close to Gothenburg (65km), Kungsbacka (38km) Varberg (25km) & the famous shopping place GeKås Ullared (50km).
