Our new (2019) and nice guest house at cozy Södra Näs. Here you live on 37 sqm with high standard between Träslövsläge and Apelviken. You walk in a couple of minutes to several beaches or restaurants. You see the beautiful blue sea, from the kitchen table. Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking everyday or partying. In addition to toilet, shower and sink, the bathroom also has a combined laundry and dryer. New patio (2020) with tables, chairs and ability to barbeque.

A gem and so kid friendly! Short walk to a kid-friendly beach that the kids loved. Walking distance to the grocery store. We had a great time in the guest house and Gun brought out both toys, bath toys and a small cart that we could use to go down to the beach. Towels and sheets were really so nice to have and overall everything was so easy and it was just to "be" as soon as we got there. Clothes hanging was available which was smooth after the beach/round to the laundry room. The icing on the cake: that the kids had to pick ripe Plums that they loved! Many thanks Gun and Alf! We really appreciate the hospitality.

The place itself was clean, cozy and had a lot of „character“. The surrounding area is very quiet and green and from what we saw, there are many things to do closeby. Nice, warm and private space. Very short distance to a long sandy beach, where you can swim. It's a small house but absolutely perfect for two. Would love to see that you could open a window in the heat we've had, but thankfully there was a fan there. It helped a lot. 👍🏼 Tommy responded quickly all the way and came with clear instructions. In the fridge it said and with an ice cold beer ready. Highly recommended, we are happy to come back another time if the opportunity presents itself.
