Vacation rentals with beach access in Skopelos

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The room was in pristine condition and extremely well equipped. We also had a beautiful view of the port in Votsi. The communication with the host was excellent and straightforward. Finding the location was easy with the directions we received. I do recommend renting a car as it will make your life so much easier getting around the island.

We enjoyed staying at Dora apartment 4. It is very close to the beach, peaceful and has everything we needed. Pictures don't do the justice how beautiful the garden is . It is a great value for money, thank you very much!

Loved this stay! A perfect location that’s walkable to everything within Skopelos Town, but also in its own quiet and peaceful area. Everything went smooth from check-in to checkout. Rigina communicated very well and was quick to respond with any questions we had or things we needed. If you’re staying in Skopelos, this is the perfect place!

Welcome by the owners very available. Perfect accommodation, modern, new and very well equipped. Quiet room, large bathroom, very pleasant living room and terrace ideal for breakfast in the sun. A stone's throw from the sea and the port of Skopelos within walking distance. We recommend without hesitation!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Maria's apartment. The apartment is very comfortable with a beautiful balcony that had breath taking views! The location was amazing, next to Skiathos towns vibrant Papadiamanti Street, with it's many fabulous restaurants, shops and bars. You need to ascend many steps so good mobility is essential but the view is worth the climb.

The apartment was just like in the photos, super clean and fully equipped. The host also welcomed us with a sweet handmade she offered us. Our stay was very relaxing. The area is ideal as it is very close to Chora very close to supermarkets next to one of the best beaches of the island and in the middle of the island to visit other beaches. Vasiliki had given us very useful instructions for the island which were all right and was very friendly and responded in the minute to anything we asked or asked her. Thanks so much for everything!!!

Benny was great at getting in touch and helping with questions before we traveled. On arrival, Benny had told us we would be met at the airport and given guidance on how to get to the property which all went smoothly. The property was in an amazing location, and was generally clean and tidy, with everything working. The property is fairly basic and functional , but we didn’t mind that. Some updates of beach chairs, and a few other tweaks wouldn’t go amiss. Benny’s advice about car hire and restaurants was extremely helpful. Both he and Mike were in touch during our stay to offer help if it was needed. On checking out, we couldn’t locate the bin area so didn’t quite know where to leave the rubbish. We would definitely consider coming back as overall, the balance of location, spec of the property and the price were spot on for our family holiday in late May. Many thanks to Benny, Mike and Jacques for their part in our wonderful family holiday.

Excellent location in the middle of the old town. A very homely and comfortably furnished apartment. The crown is a large roof terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and the city. The apartment has three floors and a lot of stairs, but the whole city is full of them :). I would come here again and I can recommend this to others as well. Perfect place for access to the main center (walking distance) and had a super market next door. Easy access by car to all the major beaches and destinations. This place is brand new and had all the amenities. Host and her family were very welcoming and friendly.

We had a wonderful time in Neo Klima and a great stay in the clean, well-equipped and extremely beautiful apartment! M&Y were also easy to reach and helpful when we had a problem. Very nice cleaning lady, great surroundings and we'd love to come back asap :-)

It is a very cozy and family oriented place. Very close to the public beach, and not far from Skopelos (town). Greek atmosphere, beautiful view, perfect location. Host lives upstairs and was responding to any needs. We enjoyed our stay.

Panagiota's mother met us to show us into the house, but Panagiota was always available at the end of the phone. The house was perfect, having everything we could need, and the terrace was the perfect place to relax under the parasol. Ideally located with an easy walk into the centre of the village for restaurants, bakery etc. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this house.

Had the most amazing stay! The location was incredible, and the place was perfectly charming. Host went above and beyond and actually even picked us up from the airport. She also greeted with us with a bottle of wine and fresh orange juice. Had a perfectly charming porch off the master bedroom that I wish we could’ve used, but we were just too busy :-) Absolutely would stay again and highly highly recommend.!

The accommodation is absolutely amazing! In the perfect location right in the town with a view of the beautiful garden and ocean. The host Magda is so sweet and responsive! Skopelos is so beautiful and we were so thankful to have Magda as a host! Can’t wait to go back!

Our stay at Villa Marina on Skiathos was beyond all our expectations. Marina and her mother Morfo were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay. Thank you for everything! The accommodation is clean, tidy, and has everything you need. The nights spent on the balcony with a view of the sea were unforgettable. The villa is in an ideal location, so all the beaches, both north and south of the island, are close by. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and in the future, it will be the only accommodation I choose when returning to Skiathos.

We had a wonderful stay at Milly’s house as a family of 4 adults and 1 child. The apartment is as described, clean, large and very well equipped. Considering it’s based on a busy road, it is very quiet and peaceful. Spyridoula is a great host, very friendly and responsive and accommodated us with extra requirements immediately. Skiathos is a fantastic, beautiful island and we’d love to stay again at Milly’s House hosted by Spyridoula. One thing to note is the wifi in the house is patchy, so ensure you have extra data.

The accommodation was clean and the host was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed something. Totally recommend.

Dimitirs was extremely helpful providing recommendations for our stay in Skiathos. He communicated ahead of our arrival where to meet him to be guided to the villa as cars cannot reach the front door. The villa was spacious and perfectly clean. Ideal location if wanting to walk and explore Skiathos city!

Nice apartment. It is exactly what you expect from the photos (well, the room is always a little smaller than the photos, it is something common). It was clean and had everything I needed. The host was very helpful and polite and answered directly to every question I had. The only disadvantage is that the apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, so it is not so easy to carry your luggage upstairs.

We had a lovely holiday. Skiathos is absolutely beautiful and Philoxenia’s place was perfect for the two of us, great location. Will definitely be back!

This is a review that was so easy to write...... what a lovely apartment! Immaculately clean, everything you need included, and a beautiful space.....and the huge balcony/terrace area was awesome. The location was perfect for the main street and yet was super quiet, the nearest beach was a 5 min walk, and the bus stop was the same. Anna, the host, was available throughout, and always answered and questions really quickly. Whenever we return to Skiathos this will be our go to place to stay, without doubt! Thank you Anna, for a wonderful stay!!!
