The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Apartment of 35 sqm that is completely newly built with nice material choices that is located in one of our Halland houses in Småris between Långasand and Ugglarp's sea baths. Outside the door, a popular walking loop passes by that offers both forest, sea and countryside. It is 00 meters to the beach, and there is both sandy beach and stone slabs. There is a large private wooden deck outside the apartment with both morning and evening sun. Next to the accommodation is a lookout with benches to enjoy the sunset over the sea.

Detached house on farmhouse 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds located. A half staircase up is two beds. A staircase down the bathroom with a shower, WC, washing machine and iron. Two outdoor spaces with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels have the guest with them.
