My place is good for couples, families, big groups, and furry friends. ***During the months of June, July and August, it is hot in South Texas. With temperatures over 100 degrees and heat index higher. The air conditioning system will cool to 70 at night but may not keep up during the day with temperatures in the 80s. Do not book or ask to book if this is an issue for you.***

Originally a working Cobbler's Barn in the 1930's and then fully remodeled and converted in 2021. Now the space is modern but still retaining the original character and charm. We have basic furnishings, along with a very comfortable queen metal framed bed, in a 384 sq. ft. living area, and 400 sq. ft. of covered deck.
