Fantastic, south-facing, 180-degree panoramic views of the water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its best - perfect for couples or business travelers. Beautiful mini-house in the extension of our own house in a quiet residential area, 250 meters from a nice, child-friendly beach, 20 minutes from Aarhus by car. Slow down in the quiet surroundings and let our tiny house welcome you with warm colors and cozy, quality-conscious decor. There is light and spaciousness with room for singles/couples and small families. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. In addition, a nice bathroom with beautiful tiles, underfloor heating and rain shower.

We live outside the village of Hjortshøj on the edge of the forest and close to the highway. Dogs are welcome. Rented with bed linen and towels. Distance to Aarhus 12 km, to public transport 600 m. The cottage is not suitable for long-term stays.

Our cottage is located in lovely Skæring, only 12 km from Aarhus C. On the other side of the road is a small forest and the beach and sea 700 meters from the house. The cottage is very bright with sliding doors from the kitchen, living room and a bedroom out to the large wooden terrace with pizza oven, gas grill and garden furniture. There is a lovely outdoor spa and trampoline in the garden. There are a total of two rooms in the house with double beds (160 cm wide). Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.

Relax in private, green surroundings with 500 m to the bus, 2 km to the sea, 9 km to Aarhus C, 30 km to Djurs Sommerland. Kitchen/living room in one room, with sofa and box mattress bed of 140 cm. A bedroom with a 160 cm bed. Private kitchen with refrigerator (+small freezer), mini oven, microwave, mini dishwasher and hob with space for 2 pots. Private bathroom/toilet. Free, private parking. The annex is detached with a small, south-facing terrace, reserved only for the guest. The host lives in a separate building.

Tiny House Lindebo is a small cozy summerhouse. The house is located in a cozy garden, with a lovely covered south-facing terrace. It is 200 meters to the bus stop, from where the bus goes to Aarhus C. The nature around the house offers both cozy forest and 600 meters from the house is a really nice beach. Kaløvig Boatsport is less than one km from the house. In the house there is dining and sleeping space for 4 people. Towels, dishcloths, duvets, bed linens, and firewood for the cozy wood-burning stove.

Relax in this charming and cozy cottage in scenic surroundings at Skæring beach close to Aarhus C: -300 meters to Skæring beach (2 paddle boards) -15 min. drive to Aarhus C. - 30 minutes to Mols Bjerge - Good shopping opportunities nearby The cottage is surrounded by a nice large terrace with dining table (heat lamps), large grill and a 6-person outdoor spa that is warm all year round. There are two bedrooms (double beds) and three sofas in the living room. The house has a heat pump and wood stove.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. The city of Aarhus, the light rail, bus connections, 1 km to the highway, 4-5 km to the beach, Village idyll. It's a small village with 5 farms. Quiet scenic areas (municipal forest 1 km. ) Large common area with grass. A bit away from it all. But a nice and friendly environment. Someone who rented it wrote, yes, that's right, it's 1.5 km to towns with shops. The towns are Hjortshøj, Skødstrup, and Skæring.

Super cozy and homely annex/mini-summer house with a small terrace out front. The annex is located 250 meters from the water, where you will find a beach with a jetty. It is 20 m2 and has a cozy terrace and lawn that invites you to have a lot of fun and games. The annex consists of a bathroom and a combined bedroom/living room/kitchenette in one. There is a private entrance to the wooden terrace, where the summer sun can be enjoyed in the relaxing surroundings. TV with chromecast.

Newly renovated villa in a beautiful area with forest, park and beach within walking distance and only 3 km to Aarhus city center. The villa is from 1904 and has been renovated to be bright and welcoming with charming details and delicious materials. From the ground floor there is access to a cozy courtyard with sun and shelter most of the day, an outdoor room for if it rains and a closed backyard with grass and flowers and the very last evening sun.
