Cozy and modern duplex – "Life is good".

Our modern style duplex has just been fully renovated and is fully equipped. Located in the city center, it remains a quiet place as it is located at the back of the building ("créaflors" store – backyard). Our 70 m² accommodation is organized on 2 levels with all the necessary equipment: living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with reading area, bathroom with bath and shower. It is conveniently located in the center of Couvin with free parking just across the street.

Suite in the historic center of Thy-Le-Château

Lovely suite in the historic center of Thy-Le-Château facing the medieval castle dating from the 14th century. This small fully equipped studio (kitchen with oven, bathroom) located on a quiet but lively street at the end of the week will allow you to reach the Eau d'Heure dams in 10 minutes. In this small village you will find everything you might need (grocery store, pharmacy, medical center, beautician, bookstore, bus, typical café, tapas bar, etc.) 100 m from the accommodation.

Tiny House in the countryside "Tiny du Bocage"

Escape to the countryside in this comfortable studio, ideally located 15 minutes from Maubeuge and 20 minutes from Val Joly, just 300 meters from the greenway. Enjoy a quiet and green setting, perfect for relaxing while staying close to amenities. Private parking right next to the accommodation. Fully self-contained studio, with linens (sheets, towels) and hygiene products provided. When you arrive, everything is ready: all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy!

Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

Welcome to our cottage in Sivry, a small village nestled in the Botte du Hainaut, close to Val Joly, Lake Virelles (Aquascope) and the Eau d'Heure dams (Golden Laks), all about 15 minutes away). You have stunning views of the meadows and forests that line this breathtaking setting. The perfect place to recharge your batteries. Let yourself be lulled by the melody of birds and the lapping of water that enchant our garden every day. A true haven of peace.

The Relais du Biau Ri

40 m2 apartment (on the 1st floor of the house) direct access. Number of people 1 or 2 in double bedroom with TV and baby bed. Kitchenette (fridge, oven, microwave...). Bathroom (shower & bathtub) separate toilet – Relaxation area (stereo, documentation, board games). Private terrace (barbecue), access to a recreational area (swings, sun loungers, our animals: donkey, goat, sheep). Departure of hiking and mountain biking trails at the foot of the house.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the Avesnois, with an area of 80 m2, fitted out in the attic with a mezzanine overlooking the living space. Spacious, authentic and graphic, a real favorite once inside! Composed of an equipped kitchen with a marble-effect credenza and matte black velvet facades. A canopy has been installed in the downstairs bedroom.

Want to enjoy the calm of a small village in the countryside? Come and enjoy a charming modern house to rest and work. This house is occupied when it is not available. Therefore, you have all the comfort and equipment necessary to enjoy a great stay. Of course, my belongings are there. Close to France, Ragnies, Charleroi or Mons. 1 hour from Brussels. Since September 2023, a new sofa has served as a second bed.
