Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Siviri

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool. Die Gegend ist ruhig und durch den Wald kann man es auch bei Hitze gut aushalten. Das Haus hat alles wichtige in der Ausstattung, nur ein Liegestuhl hat mir persönlich gefehlt. Die Kommunikation und Check-in war schnell und ohne Probleme. Mit Stavronikita Beach (sehr ruhig) und Chelona Beach (ruhig, aber mit Bar) haben wir für uns entspannte und kindertaugliche Strände direkt in der Nähe gefunden. Der Eingang ist allerdings überall etwas steinig. Überall kann man schnorcheln und mit den Kindern ein paar Fische beobachten. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub!

Wir haben im Haus von Periklis und seiner Frau eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Terrasse, der Garten und der eigene Zugang zum Wasser sensationell. In der Vorsaison war zwar rundherum noch nicht alles geöffnet, aber genau das und die damit verbundene Ruhe haben wir gesucht und gefunden. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Pyrgadikia. Die Wohnung war wunderschön und alles nötige vorhanden. Wir wurden mit einigen Lebensmitteln, Obst und Wasser begrüßt. Foteini hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und der Ort ist zauberhaft. Sehr gerne wieder.

O casă de vacanță absolut superbă în Sithonia! Am petrecut un sejur minunat într-o casă extrem de bine dotată, în care ne-am simțit ca acasă din prima clipă. Gazdele au avut grijă de absolut toate detaliile – de la fier și masă de călcat, feon, aparat de cafea cu spumant de lapte și toaster, până la cuptor cu microunde, mașină de spălat rufe și chiar mașină de spălat vase. Curățenia a fost impecabilă, iar dotările – de foarte bună calitate: geluri de duș și șampon, prosoape pufoase, lenjerie de pat premium. Terasa este un colț de rai – parfumul florilor și sunetele plăcute ale rândunicilor creează o atmosferă de vis. În plus, grătarul pe gaz este ideal pentru seri relaxante în familie. Casa are aer condiționat, aparat pentru protecție anti-insecte, iar totul este gândit pentru confort. Este perfectă pentru familii cu copii – plaja are nisip fin, galben, și o intrare lină în apa turcoaz. Există și șezlonguri, plus echipamente pentru activități pe apă. Cu siguranță vom reveni!

Konaklama adresimizi bulmamız ve giriş yapmamız son derece kolaydı. Ev sahibimiz bize önceden konum bilgisi ileterek destek oldu. Mevsim itibarıyla havalar soğumuştu ama evde battaniye gibi destek ihtiyaçları hazır edilmişti. Her anlamda kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz. Brilliant stay. The flat is perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday close to the beach. It is well equipped and there is so much space. There are steps from the garden down to a very quiet beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the village although we visited out of season so most only open on the weekend.

Haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt, toller Ausbick von den beiden Balkonen - auch guter Sonnenschutz durch Markisen. Nur die Treppe runter, schon im Meer! Wohnung schon groß, alles da und super sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Amazing value for money. The flat is reasonably well located and with Giannis' instructions very easy to find. Has all the amenities you need for a couple or more people and there are a few places to eat and drink within walking distance as well as supermarkets. Giannis is a crindly guy who was very forgiving when I inadvertently broke part of the shower fitting and was always contactable if we needed anything. 10/10 would stay again

Particularitatea a fost cazarea la trecerea dintre ani. Am cautat un loc langa mare, cu semineu, pentru a ma simti ca acasa. Pentru asteptarile mele a fost fix ce cautam. Cred ca si vara e un loc placut. Cu gazda am comunicat foarte bine, mi-a pus lemne la dispozitie, nu cred ca o sa aveti nevoie de asta vara :) Vizitez frecvent cazari cu seminee si stiu ca proprietarii ofera doar cateva lemne, pentru atmosfera. Aici nu a fost cazul. Oricum am avut un sac cu lemne in portbagaj, aduse din Romania :)) Locuinta e bine dotata, locul e primitor, mult lemn si piatra. Pentru noi a fost o experienta placuta.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab ein tolles Frühstück, was im Preis enthalten war. Der Service war toll. Das Apartment war sehr gepflegt, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool war auch toll.

First of all, the view was fantastic, and we had quick access to what I think was the nicest part of the beach in the city. The appartement had everything we could need and the living room was spacious and decorated nicely. The bedrooms were tiny but cozy and comfortable. We used the aircon in the living room to cool the whole appartement at night. Dimitris was a lovely host and greeted us kindly even though we couldn't give him a time of arrival in advance. Would definitely recommend.

Υπέροχο καλοκαιρινό κατάλυμα με μαγευτική θέα στον κόλπο! Πολύ καθαρό, όμορφα διακοσμημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική για χαλάρωση και ηρεμία. Η επικοινωνία με την οικοδέσποινα ήταν εξαιρετική. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Die Wohnung ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom wunderbaren Latoura Beach entfernt. Kommunikation war top, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hat einen tollen Balkon und verfügt über viele nützliche Dinge, die man für einen Strandurlaub benötigt (wie zB Sonnenschirm, Strandhandtücher, Beachball-Set etc) Das Bett ist bequem und die Küche voll ausgestattet. Absolute Empfehlung!

The apartment is lovely and very tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The outside space is really good, overlooking the pool/gardens. A spacious balcony with wicker seating/table and a dining table. Access to the beach is very easy - down the steps, turn left and the sea is a few minutes walk. We sunbathed on seriously comfortable sunbeds on the beach at Hotel Rigakis. As we were there at the beginning of the season, these were free to use if you bought drinks and/or food. Keep walking along the beach road for lots of restaurants, a few bars and gift shops. Turn right up the roads and you will reach the main road where there are also restaurants, bakeries and shops. Two good size supermarkets are just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Jelena/Milan were exceptional hosts, contacting us before the holiday providing great instructions to find and access the apartment. They responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay again.

The place was in a very good location, about 10-15min walk from the best beach in the area (Karydi beach), right next to the grocery store and restaurants. As it was on the main street it wasn’t always super quiet, but at least everything was nearby. All the quieter areas were farther away from the beaches, cafes and shops. And the main street is not too busy, so it was all good. The house and yard offered enough privacy so that whatever was happening on the street didn’t bother us too much. The place was also super clean and roomy enough for 3-5 people. Yard was also well kept. The house was equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals and feel like at home. Isavella also gave us excellent tips on what to visit and where to eat nearby.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

The stay at Kassandra Villa was amazing, the Host or the Daughter of the Host was very friendly, helpful and caring. If we had questions or any favor, she quickly responded. The Apartment itself was clean, comfortable and very modern. The AC worked perfectly and we had no problems. The Daughter of the Host was friendly enough to recommend us restaurants nearby and also breathtaking beaches.

Magnifique séjour en famille chez Spyros ! La villa est très belle avec des chambres décorées avec goût. Les salles de bain sont aussi très agréables et la cuisine est très bien équipée. Les extérieurs sont vastes et abrités. L'environnement est paisible. Mes enfants de 3 et 5 ans ont adoré profiter du grand jardin et de la chouette place de jeux. L'accès à la mer est direct sur une plage privée. Un paradis pour petits et grands ! Nous avons aussi fait la rencontre de petits chats adorables qui passent dans le jardin dont mes enfants ont adoré s'occuper et les nourrir. Merveilleux séjour dans un logement que je recommande assurément. Nous voulons déjà revenir !

Our family of seven had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The spacious outdoor area and pool were perfect for our kids, and the house was spotless and well-stocked. We loved the beautiful nearby beaches, and our kind host made everything easy. A professionally managed property that we highly recommend!

The house is beautiful and very clean, located in quite place. Ria is very friendly , patient and smiley. The beach is in 3 min, there are beach bars. The territory of a complex is very clean, green and well-groomed. Absolutely worth spent money 🔝

The villa is great, very comfortable and clean. There are utensils and cooking facilities for many people, everything has been thought of with attention to detail. We were 10 adults for the New Year celebration, it was very sunny, calm and beautiful! The yard, barbecue and pool are superb. There is a peaceful large terrace with a view of the sunset. Thanks Chrisa for making us feel wonderful these 3 days!
