Vacation rentals with beach access in Siviri

The place is really beautiful and spacious, the two terraces surround the entire home and you can decide whether you want to enjoy the sunrise or have a coffee in the shadows. The center of Afytos is within a walkable distance, with many restaurants and shops. The beach is also near, although the path to it is steep and I preferred using a car. There is convenient parking and the place is really quiet, I had great sleep there. Beds are comfortable and everything was super clean. The view is more than breath taking, and you can enjoy it from both terraces and also from the living room. There are two bathrooms with makes it really convenient. Antigoni and Kostas were friendly and responsive. The communication was perfect, instructions how to find the place were clear. We really enjoyed the new sunbeams on the terrace. A really great place to stay.

We had a very pleasant stay and a great time in the apartment. The location is great – at the end of April it was still very quiet, yet within walking distance of the charming town center of Afytos. The place was clean and well equipped, especially the balcony with sea view was our absolute highlight. The only thing that wasn't quite as easy was finding a parking space for the rental car, even though Claire had mentioned parking spaces. Communication with Claire was great and fast. She's a great hostess. The place and the accommodation are definitely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

The fleet has outstanding view over sea. Beautiful terrace and very friendly staff. Can’t wait to go again.Highly recommend.

Small village, cute with few very nice restaurants. The bakery close by and the restaurant on the beach are worth the money. The apartment is nice and clean . Very close to the small center

Here’s what I will write as a review: The apartment was very nice with direct access to the beach. Our host was very kind and his assistance was invaluable. The location was great and we liked having a kitchen and a washing machine. Overall great place to stay.

Great place to relax and enjoy

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

Very beautiful house in a stupendous environment for those seeking calm and privacy. Many amenities provided. Super friendly host. Will come back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment

Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

Our recent stay at Korinna’s villa in Khriopigi, Greece, was nothing short of exceptional. The surroundings are picturesque, with easy access to stunning beaches, local taverns, and vibrant nightlife, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. However, what truly set this experience apart was the warm hospitality and dedication of our host, Korinna. From the moment we arrived she made sure that that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her promptness in responding to any queries and her readiness to assist with any needs we had made our stay worry-free. Korinna went above and beyond, providing us with excellent recommendations for local spots to visit, including the best taverns, clubs, and beaches. She even made us the favor by booking a table as a gesture.

We had a really good week in the Apartment from Nikos and Eleni. We found everything as described with lots of space, a very well equipped kitchen (which we only needed to prepare breakfast as there are so many nice Restaurants in very close walking distance) and a wonderful sea view from living room window and balcony. Contact to the owners was very easy and direct. Eleni was even waiting in front of the Apartment to welcome us. We would ask Nikos and Eleni first if there is a open slot if our next holiday brings us to Afytos once again.

We were here at the end of May and very happy with the apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet, but there are still many restaurants and small cafes nearby. The apartment was very clean and all amenities as described. The check-in was very easy and flexible. We were even able to check in at 11 am by arrangement. There was no private parking at the property, but always plenty of street parking right in front of the property.

We were very happy with Costas apartment and felt comfortable. Everything important for families and children is there, which is a big advantage. Communication with Costas was also super easy. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We - a family with 2 children - spent the last week of October there. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is located on the top 2nd floor with a little view of the sea. Morning sun. The area is full of apartment buildings, so there is certainly a lot going on in the summer. The house is located in the second row and you are immediately on the beach. For us, it was more like a ghost town, as the shops, restaurants and bars were already closed. But we almost had the beach to ourselves. The landlords were very nice and helpful. Always on hand if you had any questions or needed anything!

We had a great stay at Dafni's house. The direct location by the sea and the beautiful large garden, where turtles visited us, was really great. We enjoyed the tranquility outside the season very much. Communication with Dafni went well and a flexible check-out allowed us a stress-free departure. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back.

Lovely apartment with two balconies overlooking the sea. We were 5 adults, but the quarry accommodates 5 adults and one child, as there is another baby bed. Bedsand linens are white and clean. Plenty of clothes hangers. Mania kindly provided an umbrella and chairs for the beach for the entire stay. Everything is working and working. WiFi is very good. There is an iron and a laundry board. The hair dryer is very weak and quite old so we couldn't dry our hair with it. We bought extra oil, sugar in the kitchen. Salt and pepper were. Also bought shower gel and soap (it was not in the unit), shampoo and laundry detergent (left for next visitors). Please note that air conditioning is not included in the cost of the reservation, as well as another tax ( for 5 people we paid 13.5 euros.). We saw this a few days before arrival. But we did not use the air conditioning, as it was quite comfortable. The host is very welcoming and friendly. Quickly communicated and resolved all our issues. The sea and the beach are clean

Absolutely stunning apartment on the top floor of a 3 story building with the most amazing sea views one can lavish in. This corner apartment is very spacious and airy with a super comfortable bed and linens, a great open kitchen with all appliances and the most amazing wrap around balcony literally a stones throw away from the sandy beach and clean sea. There is a cafe underneath with soft music in afternoons but now in May it was very quiet (which might not be the case for the summer). I loved sleeping and waking to the sound of nothing but the waves. It was a true blessing. Thank you for having me Elena!

We had an amazing time. The apartment is really close to the beach and just a few people were there, it really felt like a private beach. The centre where the bars, restaurants, shops were, was about 5 minutes by car. The house was clean, comfortable all in all great, and we really enjoyed having meals on the patio every day. Fivos was really nice, helpful and quick to answer. I would recommend this place 100%. And there were a lot of cute cats nearby.:)
