Vacation rentals with a patio in Siviri Beach

Mrs. Natasa was impeccable as a host, gave clear instructions for the location of the apartment, did not require us to leave the place before 11, as is usually the case. She was perfectly cooperative. The house was very modernly furnished, with all the essentials (e.g. bottled water, iron/ironing board, various coffee machines, toaster, large refrigerator, washing machine (even a laundry basket), etc.). Comfortable balcony + courtyard for children to play. Thank you very much (family with two young children).

Great location and a wonderful sunrise. The flat is situated at the second floor. The space is more than generous for 2 couples. The beach is also very nice with both free areas and beach bar. One of the few places in beach front that offers parking. All together, a wonderful place for a vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us Silke and Kai.

We have decided to spend our honeymoon at Konstantinos’ place and it was the best decision we have made! He was always responsive, ready to help and understanding about our late check-in. The location is Superb, extremely beautiful, well taken care and has everything you need for your stay! It was definitely the best choice we could have made and for sure, we will come back!

We immediately felt at home in Vaso and Ioannis' holiday apartment. The facilities are impeccable and Vaso was incredibly helpful. The large balcony, which runs around the corner, adds to the wonderful holiday feeling.

Great and cozy place. The area is well maintained and has everything is needed. The house is clean and cozy. The host is very friendly and provides with all information very fast. We felt welcomed there. We are very grateful for communication and all support during our stay. The restaurant and store are few minutes away from the house. It was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommended!🤩

An ideal place to relax! The apartment fully corresponds to the photos. Very comfortable bed, quiet at night and during the day, clean! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking! Hosts are friendly and always in touch. We had problems with the car and turned to Constantinus for help in finding a service and everything was successfully resolved! We definitely recommend visiting this place!

We had a very pleasant stay. Revekka had everything prepared for us, she was very kind. The rooms were as in the photos and the bachyard was very nice. It's a bit far from the beaches but it's fine with a car. There is a supermarket near the house.

Everything was perfect!!! Nikos and Eleni were really responsive and friendly ( with really good recommendations on what to do and where to eat) The house was really clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. We didn’t have any issues with parking which was a huge plus on our side. The location is perfect you can walk to anywhere you want in Afytos Thank you for everything !!!

the location of the house is towards the end of the island and is off the beaten track. however, the host welcomed us at a common point, so we had no problems reaching the house. Sushan and his wife gave us local advice and were very helpful with everything else. The house was very clean and really peaceful. every piece of equipment was considered. Everything was perfect except being far from the center. we thank you.

The compact apartment was really very clean and equipped with everything necessary. Location and views are beautiful. The hosts are totally pleasant and accommodating. The building with the residential units is architecturally very successful and blends harmoniously into the rock. The terrace is separated from the neighboring apartments by privacy screens – as far as the background noise is concerned, it may seem a little less private. But it was pleasantly quiet with us. We felt very comfortable - thank you for that!

Thanks to the Nikiti Dream house, our vacation was even more enjoyable. Great house, much nicer than the photos. Very clean and well maintained. We were very comfortable thanks to the location of the house and the pool, especially on very hot days. Every detail has been thought out in the house. We'd love to come back next year. The apartment is very close to the beach and is very nice. It is perfectly furnished with everything you need. From the balcony you can see the sea. The contact with Dimitrios and the key handover were easy and straightforward. Everything was perfect for us. We highly recommend the apartment.

This was the best experience we've ever had on Airbnb! Both the accommodation and the host were absolutely fantastic. The cottage is very new and has everything you could want. The shower has a high pressure setting and is relaxing, the space is very cozy and the TV is magnificent and of high quality. In addition, the location is also outside the hustle and bustle of the center of Peraia and there is a cozy beach just outside the door. The stay made it a great vacation for me and my girlfriend. Vasiliki was super helpful and gave us top suggestions. We definitely hope to come back again! :)

Very pleasant and functional space. Just like in the pictures. All clean and tidy. Centrally located, a few meters from the beach and shops. Elena responds promptly with courtesy and professionalism. Very friendly and helpful made our vacation even more enjoyable. I'm sure we'll be back

Mrs. Maria is just wonderful, she answers no matter what you ask her, informative, in instructions etc, she served me in many issues such as check-in checkout, she is a great host, people like that are rare!!The house is very nice it gives warmth like your home,with all the necessities, we were very satisfied. the house is close to everything,sea,center, mini market from below supermarket further there,everything is around you.It is worth to come, however we will come again!!!

Thomas and Elpida are wonderful hosts. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a good time. The apartment is very nice and about a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. We had a very nice stay, we recommend this house and the hosts!
