Very very nice and welcoming host. We got a home made cake on arrival for the simple reason we are thier guests. It has little to do with the fact you are a paying client, it's a different mindset altogether. You stay in the completely recently renovated house of thier grandfather, so it's home for them, therefore you have to be happy there for true locals, otherwise they betray thier idea of thier home. If you get this you get the feeling you get staying at Stefano's and Georgia's granddad's home. On top of this: super clean, nice space to live in, Netflix, fruit in the fridge, solar panel hot water, order everywhere, olive oil body lotions, where to go, pictures of places. Lovely.

We loved everything about our stay and really enjoyed the big pool to relax and calm down. It was sunny all day with enough shady places. The place is even more beautiful than on the pictures and offers everything you may need during your stay. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, enough dishes, glasses and even a sandwich maker 😁 The whole house was perfectly clean! We also would like to mention that the owner was super friendly, helpful, answered our messages fast & gave us some good recommendations where to go for nice beaches etc. The house kinda is in the middle of nowwhere which makes it super quite with a lot of privacy. Still it only takes you around 15 minutes to beaches and bigger shops, restaurants and so on which was perfect for us. We would love to come back again!

Very charming and private house with a wonderful garden and amazing view. We felt immediately at home and had a wonderful time. You’re a secluded at one hand but also conveniently located with lots of acitivities and amazing spots nearby.

A warm and loving welcome. Mom cooked food for us and made cake. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the family helped us carry. Extremely warm and we felt right at home. The apartment is nice and clean. 15 minutes from Matala and a small sweet village center where the locals are open and friendly. Highly recommended and thank you for everything.

Vasiliki's house is great. Everything is new, super clean and comfortable. In addition, she is a lovely person who made the stay even better: she left us food, water and even wine. We would definitely repeat!

Erini’s place was like a little house from our dreams. I loved the tranquility, peace, and the chance to watch the sunset over the mountains. It’s a truly special house in the unique village , which we will never forget. The beautiful garden and breathtaking view provided exactly what we needed for our wedding anniversary getaway—no disturbances, just perfect relaxation. It’s conveniently close by car to amazing beaches, cities, and restaurants, but whenever you need a quiet escape, you can return to your little house to unwind. I wish I had a home like this, though that may never happen. Still, I hope we can return someday to experience Erini's wonderful house once more. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We stayed at the property for 10 days and felt very much at home. Everything was very clean and available as described. The residential location is very quiet and you can reach the center in 3 minutes with tavernas, supermarket etc. Marina was very warm and spoiled us again and again with little delicacies. I appreciate it. Thanks We will be happy to come back.

We stayed at the apartment in Kouses in October for one week. The flat was just as pictured - very beautiful, clean, spacious and decorated with attention to detail. We fell in love with it at once, sitting on the balcony overlooking the olive groves of the Messara Plain. Check in was uncomplicated. Ioannis welcomed us personally and showed us around. He was very accommodating and gracious host and left an online guide of local recommendations for restaurants, shops and beaches etc which was so useful. Wifi worked with no problems, as did all the other appliances. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Kouses is a quiet village, there are no shopping facilities but once a day you can buy fresh produce sold from a truck, otherwise you have to drive about 10 min. to the next supermarket. We were pleased to find bottled water, wine and fruit in the fridge when we arrived. It was a great staying in Kouses. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Ioannis.
