This has become a very special place for our family. Such a peaceful cove, especially in morning and evening when summer boat traffic calms down. Lovely, clean, home-like.

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

We had a great time in the house of Periklis and his wife. The house is beautiful, the terrace, the garden and the private access to the water sensational. In the preseason, not everything was open all around, but we were looking for and found exactly that and the peace and quiet associated with it. We thank you for the hospitality we received! We were very warmly welcomed and felt right at home right away. Thanks also to Mama Elena for the delicious cake. Everything you need is available in the apartment. The highlight is the view from the balcony/terrace. We never used the TV because we were so fascinated by the view. The location of the apartment is also great, you can reach the baker, the village square and the local supermarkets within a short time. There used to be an advertising slogan that said: "Right in the thick of things instead of just being there." That's pretty accurate. By car, you can also get to Nikiti quickly. The location of Agios Nikolaos is convenient as a starting point for excursions to the east and west side of Sithonia, Kassandra, Athos and of course also to the hinterland of Chalkidikki. There was good parking near the apartment. It was a great relaxing vacation all around. Thank you for your hospitality.

A lovely place to stay! Its very close to a sandy beach and there are lots of places to eat nearby. The house is very cosy and has all the amenities you need. Barbara is very helpful indeed and was always on hand if I had any questions. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. There are some amazing beaches to explore on this peninsula. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The unit is exactly as described – clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need. Communication with the host was quick and easy and helped us with helpful info about the area. The location is excellent. We would definitely stay again!

Good value for money. Great location in Nea Skioni. Very close to restaurants/shops. Free parking just across the road. Good view from the shared balcony. Can be a bit noisy when sleeping - especially at the weekend. Air conditioning was good.

An ideal place to relax, with welcoming hosts, a quiet, comfortable and intimate location, with the possibility of choosing several pleasant ways of spending your time: a beautiful wild beach is nearby, and a walk of about 5 minutes are numerous restaurants and bars with the impeccably landscaped beach area. We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

Very friendly host family. Property as described. Great property with olive trees and a very well maintained pool. The kitchen is excellently equipped. You just have to cross the street and can swim directly in the sea. You need a car for shopping or restaurant visits. Covered parking on the premises.

One of the most enjoyable parts of our holiday in Sarti was this wonderful accommodation. Hosts Stratos and Martina welcomed us warmly. Stratos gave very valuable suggestions not only about the house, but also about what can be done in the neighborhood. We got to know the area much better thanks to his advice on beaches, restaurants and places to visit. The house was clean, tidy and comfortable. Everything is modern and useful as it was renovated 3 years ago. Ideal size especially for two people; both practical and aesthetic. The air conditioning was strong, the kitchen was equipped, the bathroom was hygienic. The balcony was very pleasant for coffee or rest. Excellent location; within walking distance to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. It's on a quiet street and there's no parking problem. We parked our car right in front of the house. We felt like we were at home. This accommodation has become unforgettable with both the quality of the house and the attention of the hosts. Thank you very much to Stratos and Martina! 💙🇬🇷

We had a wonderful 6-day stay at this seaside house. The location is perfect, just steps from the water, and the view is stunning. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

We had an amazing time. The apartment is really close to the beach and just a few people were there, it really felt like a private beach. The centre where the bars, restaurants, shops were, was about 5 minutes by car. The house was clean, comfortable all in all great, and we really enjoyed having meals on the patio every day. Fivos was really nice, helpful and quick to answer. I would recommend this place 100%. And there were a lot of cute cats nearby.:)

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The quiet location was particularly pleasant – and yet you can walk to the center in just five minutes. A really nice combination of tranquility and proximity to everything you need. Dimitri was a friendly and attentive host. He responded quickly to our questions and was easily accessible, which we greatly appreciated. A special highlight was the terrace – a beautiful place to have breakfast in the morning or to relax in the evening. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay that we would be happy to recommend.
