Vacation rentals with beach access in Sithonia

There were two of us in Eva's cozy apartment for 10 days. It was sparkling clean, bathroom brand new, wonderful terrace, quiet location. You can walk to many good tavernas and there are wonderful beach coves in the area that can be reached by car. Eva and her dear mother, who lives on the ground floor under the apartment, are very hospitable and communicative. We felt like friends. Hopefully we can come back soon!

We had a really good time at Maria and Dimitris' house. Very good hosts. A place to recommend and where I would return.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The unit is exactly as described – clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need. Communication with the host was quick and easy and helped us with helpful info about the area. The location is excellent. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, quietly located apartment. In 5 minutes you can walk to the nearest beach and in 15 minutes you will reach the village of Nikiti, where there are numerous opportunities to go out! We had a very nice week!

Kyriakos is an honest, gentleman and friendly host. We were as comfortable as our own home. I'm not exaggerating: I've never stayed in such a clean place before. Kyriakos is so experienced that he answered all my questions quickly, but I didn't have to ask anything. He sent us a list of all the places, restaurants and beaches that might be necessary and recommended, along with map pins. We admired every place he suggested. On the morning of the 3rd day, we found our clean towels hanging on the door. Contrary to the comments, we didn't find the house small. We ate a few times in the kitchen and were able to prepare everything comfortably. The balcony is perfect for relaxing. The closet comfortably took our clothes. The bed was comfortable. He had turned on the air conditioner before we arrived, but there was no need. It was cool and nice at night. The area is quiet and calm. The nearby beach is very convenient. There is a personal and shaded space for the vehicle. Thank you Kyriakos, I hope we'll be back!

Everything was perfect. The house had everything we needed. And the owner always helped us with our needs very fast.

Here’s what I will write as a review: The apartment was very nice with direct access to the beach. Our host was very kind and his assistance was invaluable. The location was great and we liked having a kitchen and a washing machine. Overall great place to stay.

This has become a very special place for our family. Such a peaceful cove, especially in morning and evening when summer boat traffic calms down. Lovely, clean, home-like.

Very nice and well-equipped house with breathtaking terrace. Communication with Vasiliki was good, she usually responded very quickly. With us, only the washing machine did not work and the beach/shops were a few minutes further away than described. But all in all, a wonderful stay in a great house.

We had a great time in the house of Periklis and his wife. The house is beautiful, the terrace, the garden and the private access to the water sensational. In the preseason, not everything was open all around, but we were looking for and found exactly that and the peace and quiet associated with it. We thank you for the hospitality we received! We had a wonderful time in Pyrgadikia. The apartment was beautiful and everything necessary available. We were greeted with some food, fruit and water. Foteini took great care of us and the place is enchanting. I'd love to come back.

Great apartment. Nice location for driving to other towns and beaches, and also short walk to restaurants and beach nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy. The host was kind enough to leave lots of local produce for us on arrival.

We were very warmly welcomed and felt right at home right away. Thanks also to Mama Elena for the delicious cake. Everything you need is available in the apartment. The highlight is the view from the balcony/terrace. We never used the TV because we were so fascinated by the view. The location of the apartment is also great, you can reach the baker, the village square and the local supermarkets within a short time. There used to be an advertising slogan that said: "Right in the thick of things instead of just being there." That's pretty accurate. By car, you can also get to Nikiti quickly. The location of Agios Nikolaos is convenient as a starting point for excursions to the east and west side of Sithonia, Kassandra, Athos and of course also to the hinterland of Chalkidikki. There was good parking near the apartment. It was a great relaxing vacation all around. Thank you for your hospitality.

Everything was as expected, the Lanlord was nice and sympathic and we could enjoy the morning coffee with a beautiful view on mount Athos.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

The property is part of a small private housing estate which provides a peaceful and a relaxing holiday. It is located right next to a beach with pristine water. In less than 8 min. walking there is a super market, bunch of nice restaurants and a beach bar. The place itself feels way more spacious than in the pics. We appreciated the large veranda and the a/c installed in each of the three rooms! The hosts made us feel as comfortable as possible which is one of our reasons to be impatient to come again next summer. Thank you!

We were here at the end of May and very happy with the apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet, but there are still many restaurants and small cafes nearby. The apartment was very clean and all amenities as described. The check-in was very easy and flexible. We were even able to check in at 11 am by arrangement. There was no private parking at the property, but always plenty of street parking right in front of the property.

Beautiful Airbnb with a great location. The owner was very friendly and easy to reach. He gave us good tips for beaches and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely stunning apartment on the top floor of a 3 story building with the most amazing sea views one can lavish in. This corner apartment is very spacious and airy with a super comfortable bed and linens, a great open kitchen with all appliances and the most amazing wrap around balcony literally a stones throw away from the sandy beach and clean sea. There is a cafe underneath with soft music in afternoons but now in May it was very quiet (which might not be the case for the summer). I loved sleeping and waking to the sound of nothing but the waves. It was a true blessing. Thank you for having me Elena!

We had an amazing time. The apartment is really close to the beach and just a few people were there, it really felt like a private beach. The centre where the bars, restaurants, shops were, was about 5 minutes by car. The house was clean, comfortable all in all great, and we really enjoyed having meals on the patio every day. Fivos was really nice, helpful and quick to answer. I would recommend this place 100%. And there were a lot of cute cats nearby.:)
