Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο στην παραλία της Νικήτης πολύ κοντά σε εστιατόρια, σουπερμάρκετ, μπαρ και 5' με τα πόδια από το κοντινότερο beach bar. Διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια με 1 διπλό και 2 μονά κρεβατια (γίνονται και διπλο κατόπιν συνεννόησης) , 1 σαλοκουζίνα με άνετο τραπέζι για φαγητό και 1 μπάνιο καθώς και μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με τραπεζαρία εξωτερικού χώρου και καναπέ.

There is a caravan on the edge of the big yard that a lady uses sometimes but does not use the rest of the yard. The bathroom has a shower. Free WiFi and private parking are available on-site.

It is ideal for families with children since the area is completely safe. The beach is sandy and the water clear. The house has a lovely garden with a lawn and barbeque where you can relax all day, and especially at night, enjoying the full of stars Greek sky. The decoration is modern in light color tones.
