Vacation rentals with beach access in Sithonia

Anastasia is an amazing host and the apartment was right where she said is going to be, 2 meters away from the sea! It has a beatiful balcony where you can drink your coffee in the morning and look at the sea!

We had a great stay. the Apartment was even better than shown in the pictures. Absolutely worth the price.

We really enjoyed staying at Eva’s place - it’s really close to the beach and to all the nice places to grab a bite in Toroni (and Eva gave recommendations!). The place is peaceful and has a big porch with a place for leisure with a garden, which is also really nice. Eva and her family were all really nice and helpful and the stay overall was great. Recommend it for a quiet calm getaway with the option to go to great beaches nearby!

Just amazing! The beach, views, privacy, outdoor kitchen.. everything. Can recommend for anyone looking for a getaway from all the noise and busy life. Also the host is responsive and gave us good recommendations for places to eat and see.

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

Great location for families with children, especially little children

We had a great time in the house of Periklis and his wife. The house is beautiful, the terrace, the garden and the private access to the water sensational. In the preseason, not everything was open all around, but we were looking for and found exactly that and the peace and quiet associated with it. We thank you for the hospitality we received! We really enjoyed our stay at Alterra Vitta’s home by sea! Firstly, we had clear communication and instructions about all the necessary details. At the check in we were met by Kostas which explained everything from the house, grill and washing machine etc. Additionally, they have provided us with a booklet with all the best beaches and restaurants in all of Sithonia. We had some issues with the water being cold and the pressure being a bit bad so the shower head didn’t have enough pressure to work. However, Kostas came and fixed it straight away and informed us if there would be such an issue again to inform us and he would help! But luckily there wasn’t any problem again. Lastly, we were pleased with the conditions and it looked like in the photos. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends that are planning their holiday in Sithonia!

Labors is a great host. Quick response, helpful tips, great hospitality. The location of the property is amazing - right at a beach, secluded, and easy access by car to nearby villages and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen and everything that one may need. Perfect vacation hope if you have pets. Highly recommend and will gladly visit again.

Everything was as expected, the Lanlord was nice and sympathic and we could enjoy the morning coffee with a beautiful view on mount Athos.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

The property is part of a small private housing estate which provides a peaceful and a relaxing holiday. It is located right next to a beach with pristine water. In less than 8 min. walking there is a super market, bunch of nice restaurants and a beach bar. The place itself feels way more spacious than in the pics. We appreciated the large veranda and the a/c installed in each of the three rooms! The hosts made us feel as comfortable as possible which is one of our reasons to be impatient to come again next summer. Thank you!

Absolutely stunning apartment on the top floor of a 3 story building with the most amazing sea views one can lavish in. This corner apartment is very spacious and airy with a super comfortable bed and linens, a great open kitchen with all appliances and the most amazing wrap around balcony literally a stones throw away from the sandy beach and clean sea. There is a cafe underneath with soft music in afternoons but now in May it was very quiet (which might not be the case for the summer). I loved sleeping and waking to the sound of nothing but the waves. It was a true blessing. Thank you for having me Elena!
