Vacation rentals with a patio in Sion Farm

Luz was an amazing host. Always responded quickly. Her place was perfect for our 8wk workation. Internet was a bit spotty at times but that's the Island life. If you can't go with the flow you shouldn't go. View was amazing, you can some days see St Thomas and BVI. For being so close to everything the view is better than a lot of places on the island a lot closer in. The location is mid island so half way to Fredericksted half way to East End. Luz shared her pool. We loved using the full sized kitchen large frig. Shower was amazing with multi head nozzle. We only used the main bedroom and the bed was fairly comfortable. The second bedroom had 2 twin beds. Plenty of storage. Things to note: We did rent a car Nissan Versa. But it was definitely a mistake. the driveway is fairly long and steep and slippery when it rained. We went snorkeling and drove the driveway every day but we would have come and gone more if we were less nervous about the driveway. Either upgrade to a Rav4 or jeep.

Gated Condo with nice pool, beach access. Felt very safe as everything is locked up and needs a key to access. There is also a restaurant next to the pool and they had very friendly service! See Shen :-) I contacted the host a few times for various things and he was responsive and replied quickly. Air conditioning units in each bedroom and living area. The cross breeze is wonderful if you don’t mind the humidity. I loved having the unit open for the breeze! Coin operated laundry on site but will need to find change from a local store/ car wash/ or laundry. Also, had 5 gallon jugs with an electric water pump for easy access. Refills are $2.50 for 5 gallons at one of the local supermarkets. Bug spray and sunscreen were some of the best investments! WiFi service is just okay. It seemed to go in and out a lot and was slow- but probably not something that can be controlled- just a heads up in case you’re needing to work while there. Our family would return again in the future!

This was the second stay for me at Genaveva’s place and it was just as wonderful as the first time I stayed. Genaveva is very kind and very responsive and the apartment is spotless.

Place was sleek, clean, well designed, fabulous views. There is no immediate onsite accommodations for dining or drinks, but as long as you have a car rental to get around, town is a ten minute drive away with all that it has to offer. I would definitely rent from

Shannon was a perfect host. She was there when we arrived and helped us settle in. The apartment had everything we needed and more. My daughter forgot her charger at the apartment. Shannon found it, contacted us and brought it for us at the port. Thank you!

Wonderful location, great hosts, close to wonderful restaurants. The view and sound of waves made it hard to leave the property each day. Clean pool. As advertised. Thanks for the great stay!

Had a wonderful time and this area is a hidden gem. When going there do not use Apple Maps…. Follow Joy’s link to get there -that made it easy. A perfect place to relax and we will definitely be back.

This place was great. The view is amazing overlooking the harbor. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The property is very secure and felt very safe. If given the opportunity to book on a return trip I would absolutely try to get this rental again.

Beautiful peaceful getaway! Standing at the end of the pool deck was definitely my favorite place of the entire property! This home is a bit off the beaten path, but less than 10 or 15 minutes into town to get whatever you need. The local host Alisha and her husband were extremely responsive and helpful for any minor issues that we raised. Overall, an exceptional experience. FYI - For families, the master bedroom and the three other bedrooms are quite separated by distance, and one is on a different floor, so just be aware if you have small children. For teens or young adults, I think this is a perfect family set up.

Gabriel and Donna were very responsive and helped us right from the start. Their home is spotless and as advertised. Peaceful surroundings and nice location. We rented their Jeep as well and had a blast with it driving through mountains and off road tracks! Gabriel helped us with local recommendations and also were very fast in replenishing supplies. Highly recommend their place!

The place was spotless. Cool in the living area and very nice porch. The bedrooms had AC and were very comfortable. The location was excellent as it was half way point for everything we did. We had a lovely stay. The house was beautiful with spectacular ocean views. Ali, our rental contact, was very proactive and called with info a few days before. She met us upon arrival show us the house and was available by text for any questions. Teh house was very clean and well furnished. I would highly recommend this home and team for your next stay in St Croix!

The place is incredible, beautiful and clean. The house has all the basic needs, from a coffee maker, laundry and first aid kit. The place is super quiet and peaceful, if you want to find tranquility this is the perfect place. The host Marcos was always attentive and very kind.

Not only was Michelle's home beautiful and peaceful with spectacular views, Michelle was an amazing host. She allowed my group to check out late so we would not have to sit at the airport all day and when our flight was cancelled until the following day, she allowed us to spend an extra night at the house. Michelle was extremely responsive to any of my inquiries. The pool was amazing and I started each morning watching the sun come up. There are fruit trees on the property and it is located in a quiet area but not too removed from civilization. I will definitely book with Michelle again and encourage anyone needing a wonderful stay on St Croix to do the same. Dena

Very responsive, nice place

We were contacted ahead ot time and provided with a lot of recommendations on what to do around the island. The response time to our messages was very quick. The house is actually more beautiful that the pictures can show.

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children ages 5-11) had a wonderful stay at Gina's place. She is a responsive host. The condo was exactly as pictured in the listing and very clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The kids really enjoyed the pool, which is open from 6a-10p daily. We had plenty of space to spread out. Just note that Google Maps isn't able to locate the address. It will get you to the correct street outside of the gated community, so you just need to drive until you see the "Colony Cove" sign. All-in all, it's a wonderfully relaxing unit with plenty of space, extremely clean, a great view, and conveniently located.

Russ is very responsive and helpful. The landmark he gives to navigate to the property is spot on. He offers suggestions on where the locals eat and drink. Russ met us at the property to give us a tour and to answer any questions. We will definitely look to stay at the property again if we come to the island again ( we will be back ;) lol)

CeeCee was the most helpful and gracious host I've ever had on Airbnb. She was incredibly responsive, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. Her condo was not only beautifully maintained but also thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, and then some. The highlight was the breathtaking view from the balcony; watching the Caribbean Sea after a day of adventure was the perfect way to unwind. If you're planning to explore St. Croix, I highly recommend staying at CeeCee's place.

Great price , great location.

Everything was as shown. But even better to see in person! There is A/C in the room only. Which was perfectly fine as the sea breeze kept the place comfortable all day. Plenty of space for a couple. We loved that it was a more private community. Getting in and out was easy. Road can be rough in spots driving to the gate into community. But that’s typical of the island. For the activities we had planned it was an ideal location to get anywhere in a good amount of time. Felt like home away from home which is what we live instead of going to a hotel or resort. Lori is always a message or call away. Very friendly!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ingrid and Dana's place. It was the perfect size for our family of five. The place was clean and comfortable. We rented a car and drove all over the island. But a car is recommended even if your plan is to spend most of the time in Christiansted. It's a quick drive. We met a few of the people that own condos in the complex and everyone was very welcoming. The beach is right outside the pool and is a good spot to watch the sunrise. There are so many beaches on St. Croix that you have to try to visit as many as you can. We would definitely stay here again. One tip is to check all of the drawers and closets before you go shopping as there may be items already there for your use. For groceries, go to Seaside Market. For everything else, we went to KMart as the prices were reasonable there.

The Colony Cove condo on St. Croix was very nice, great location within the complex steps away from the beach and pool. During our 30 day stay, we were able to explore all sides of the island, multiple restaurants and a few additional beaches.
