Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In the front area are the shower room and the living and working room with a large, extendable dining and desk, with an armchair, shelves and storage facilities and TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. In the rear part facing the garden are the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom and living rooms have been recently renovated and newly furnished.

By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Our modern apartment has a very central location. In a few minutes you can reach the city center or even shops of daily needs as well as the train station. The apartment has about 90m² of a kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with rain shower and freestanding bathtub. The garden invites you to sunbathe and relax. The fireplace is out of service, but it is nice and warm due to the underfloor heating.
