This 60 m2 apartment is ideal for couples on an Europe trip, it's a true home-away-from-home. And it's the perfect spot to explore the city of Utrecht from. Besides this it's also a perfect apartment for couples on a working holiday, because of the two separate work places, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. Zeer luxe ingericht vakantiehuis direct aan het water met een 13 meter lange aanlegsteiger voor een zeilboot of visboot (ook te huur). Binnen een paar minuten vaar je naar het Volkerak. Het water staat ook in verbinding met het Haringvliet en het HD. Het huis is centraal gelegen voor een dagje Grevelingenstrand (5 min.) of het Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Ook gezellige stadjes in Zeeland zijn niet ver weg. De voor toeristen populaire stad Rotterdam is maar 25 minuten met de auto.

Volledig nieuwe 4 persoons woning! Deze woning is volledig vernieuwd in 2020-2021. Hierbij is de woning goed geïsoleerd voor een comfortabel verblijf gedurende het gehele jaar. Gelegen in het dorp Westkapelle op 200 meter vanaf de dijk en zee. Het strand is via deze dijk bereikbaar op 500 meter van de woning. Let op! Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan. Geen groepen jongeren en geen feesten.
