We're close from the Osan Air force (K55) so you can enjoy the Pyeongtaek International Central Market. There are many attractions and foods to enjoy. Many kinds of international restaurants, Budae-jjigae restaurants and traditional Korean markets. We're near the downtown but the building is located in a quite residential area. You can go to Incheon International Airport by bus at Sontan bus

I'm sensitive to hygiene, but this place is super clean. The bedding is washed, so it doesn't smell. The location is good. There is a convenience store on the first floor. The host is friendly.

A steal of a deal if you don't mind the construction in the area. I didn't expect much with how much I payed, but I was pleasantly surprised. The host was excellent at showing me all the free amenities he offered. The room was spotless and there where free drinks and ramen. Warning to foreigners, my KakoaT didn't work in Pyeongtaek, but it works in every other location I went to in Korea.
