Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Singaraja, Banyuasri

Definitely the best place I have ever stayed in Bali for sure!! The host are very kindhearted since the first time we checked in. He offer us a fresh oranges fruit from the oranges farm right in front of the villas. The Villas is extremely clean and beautiful the same as the photo. The room was big and bed is really big enough (i think it’s a king size bed), the air conditioner inside room is work very well. Kitchen is also equipped with a complete kitchen wares which allows us to cook easily. And the best part of this is the swimming pool. We just realized in the next morning that this villas is connected with d alas resto which have a very calm atmosphere, beautiful natural jungle view of ubud combined with a perfect beauty of pool. Free breakfast here is just amazing. Definitely will come back again for sure!

Nice villa in a beautiful area. There is some construction on the neighboring property, but the noise wasn't bad and only during the day time.

Can life get any better than this? What a place, what a lovely people, what a great house and view! We've never experienced such a luxury, it's truly breathtaking. Nothing is too much for the ladies, they clean every morning, make breakfast (included in the price) and can provide a delicious lunch or dinner for a minimal fee (we paid less than 10 euros for 4 people). The villa is on a hill, hence the great view, so you will need a driver to come to Lovina (8 min - 10 euros for back and forth). Restaurants on the beach have a great kitchen, but especially fried food or rice meals. If you want to eat more Westerners, restaurant 10th Table is highly recommended. If I really have to mention 1 improvement, it is the mattresses on the beds (which are very wide, by the way), because they are hard by Western standards. But they are everywhere in Bali. So well, if that's it..? Highly recommended this villa!!

Very nice accomodation with 2 cute waterfalls nearby. You can order food by messenger from restaurants since it is a little bit remote.

Fantastic vacation! Everything very clean and well maintained. Both the house and the garden and pool are very nice and well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful vacation and would come back any time!

Despite being in the middle of temple celebrations, Bayu kindly took the time to welcome us in person. He shared the layout and philosophy of a traditional Balinese family compound, giving us a deeper understanding of the space and its significance — there's meaning in everything here Bayu’s place is truly exceptional. Thoughtfully designed by Bayu himself with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Each morning, Bayu’s Mum brought traditional offerings, a gesture that made us feel part of an authentic Balinese homestay experience. The surrounding village is beautiful — children flying kites, rice fields, and welcoming locals was everything we hoped to experience in Bali. Our favourite place to eat was Mongkoog, a five minutes' walk away, with something on the menu for everyone and a genuinely friendly atmosphere. It was a privilege to stay in Bayu’s home. It had everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing retreat.

We lived in this place for a month. Wonderful, responsive host, great location if you have a scooter. I really liked it in the north of Bali, I hope to return again.

Nice staff . Clean room . Clean pool . Gold location for lots of restaurants within 5 min walking. 8 min from dolphin tour beach . They ordered us a boat which was good . We paid extra for swimming, but the dolphins didn’t hang around for more than 10 seconds each time they appeared! It’s a good solid hotel with a nice deep pool and helpful staff . Good kitchen too !

This place is such a gem if you're looking for a quiet getaway or stay. The views of the rice fields and the volcana are stunning and the surroundings are so quiet and peaceful. The place comes very well equipped and with thoughtful touches like a light on the wall that can zap bugs which came in handy for nighttime, and multiple yoga mats. A scooter is definitely recommended if you plan on staying here as it's deep in the rice fields with a narrow pathway. The host Dekwar brought me to rent a scooter but I was too scared to rent one after trying it out for the first time, so I didn't have one for my stay. But he was so kind and suggested to bring me to see some local attractions during my stay, such as the springs for water purification ritual and the waterfalls. If any issues popped up, him or his wife came in short order to take care of it, and were so responsive to my messages. They were such great and gracious hosts. Highly recommended and would stay again!

It was a peaceful stay. Not much to do but if you want to relax it’s great.

The view from where I stayed was amazing, I enjoyed the jacuzzi with a view of the lush green trees. Tom was very helpful with everything, assisting me with all my needs. He also took me to a few places I hadn’t seen yet, offering to show me around. I had a great time. If I didn’t need to head to Seminyak for the things I had planned, I would have extended my stay there. I’m definitely thinking about going back. Thanks for everything!

Drew and Adinda have created a little paradise oasis for surf and yoga in West Bali. Sharing the villa with them was a real treat as they are kind and welcoming, looking after their guests well. We stayed for 3 months on the garden floor of their villa and they lived a floor above on the deck pool level with access open to guests to use the pool and upper deck. The garden was the pride and joy of Drew, yielding tropical fruits we ate regularly and vanilla pods blooming. The close surf spot is a 5 minute stroll from the house, at times empty, or the surf schools bring students. It’s not always on, but there are other breaks in the area with activity. Adinda was our yoga teacher for 4-5 weekly private and/or group classes. She is patient and knowledgeable, sharing her personal experience and spirit in a way that is admirable and deep. Waking up with the lush garden right in front and going to surf or do yoga first thing in the morning, this was an experience we will never forget.

Medewi Manor is situated just off the main road from Denpasar to Java but you wouldn't know it! In between the local Mosque broadcasting prayers over the loud speaker 5 times per day it was peaceful and relaxing. Views from upstairs are amazing and the pool was fabulous, we swam several times per day. Would recommend hiring the scooter to get around the local area and also to brave the highway to get to Medewi Point and the Gede Warung to watch some local surfing. The kitchen had fairly basic cooking utensils. We planned to prepare our own meals but found that we ended up eating out at least once per day because the local cafes were fabulous, especially Nel's Cafe. We met some people at the Sky Deck on Saturday night and found all of the locals and staff to be friendly and helpful. We loved the 'old style' Bali feel and could have stayed on a lot longer! Would definitely recommend Medewi as a destination if you are looking for a break from the hustle.

Comfortable and clean apartment with all needed belongings. Peaceful atmosphere and quiet place. Owner was kind and helpful. It’s definitely a nice place to stay.

The stay was wonderful, host was very helpful, flexible and able to negotiate and give local recommendations for activities to do here at Ubud as well as local restaurants. The place was aesthetically pleasing to the eyes and of course, cinematic and panoramic view. For better improvement, please do include vanity mirror inside the room instead of just in the toilet would be so good. Thanks Eka ✨ would totally recommended it to others.
