Thanks to Ilda and Luis for hosting us! Very kind people. The house is impeccable with everything you need. Ilda had even planned some small touches for our arrival and it must be admitted that this is becoming rare on Airbnb… the house is set back from the road and extremely quiet. A garden furniture table and deck chairs await you!Small extra must-have, Ilda even provided a small parasol for going to the beach.

Great apartment and well located to explore both the west and south coasts. Everything was super clean and we felt comfortable right away. We particularly liked the location, the cozy and modern decor and the beautiful terrace. We would recommend the apartment at any time.

One of the best AirBnB we staid in during our trips to Portugal. The place is spacious, large living room with high ceiling, good size open kitchen, master with on suite. Ideal for a family with kids. The outdoor space is fantastic, quiet, always a place in the sun or in the shadow depending how hot it is. The pool is lovely. Christin's place is impeccable, and the attention to details (equipment and decoration) is a notch above what you usually get with AirBnB. Christin is lovely and has a few stories to tell. German organisation with Portugese chill ; )

I highly recommend Hector’s Casa Azul for anyone looking for a beautiful, serene place for rest and relaxation. His place is beautiful, comfortable, mentally and physically restorative. It is close to all the places to visit, eat at and see in Comporta. Hector’s recommendations are also top notch while he was responsive to questions. Highly, highly recommended.

Highly recommend Bruno’s home. Even better than the photos - it makes a great home for a restful stay. Beautifully designed and provides everything you need. Lovely garden area with heated pool, hammock and sun loungers. Walking/cycling distance to the beach, cafe and restaurants. Hope to make a return visit soon.

Overall great stay. My girlfriend and I were there for 7 days of which 2 we had a couple friend’s of ours and their 2 kids over. We loved the fact that the house (i) is in a remote location with almost nothing around it near great beaches (~15min drive), (ii) has a minimalistic design and is functional (e.g. kitchen has a professional oven and is well equipped) and (iii) host was always available via text and showed some flexibility to our requests. Tips to help others prepare their trip: - reading the house rules before is important so that you are aware of things such as the fact that barbecuing is not allowed in summer months (this was a bummer for us), the details on how to avoid the flooring materials being scratched or stained… - this region of Portugal has a fair amount of mosquitoes. The house is well prepared for that with some of the windows being netted so you can open them without having bugs coming in. You just need to be careful not to leave non-netted windows or doors

Stunning property. An oasis. Views and garden are beautiful. Pool was ideal. Comfortable and well equipped with interesting antique furnishing and modern well equipped kitchen. Maggy was an excellent host. Uber was easy and reliable. Short walk to all the Sintra action.

The photos do not do the size or beauty of this home justice! I have stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and there is not one that I would rank more highly than Francisco’s. Clean and practical but with old charm the home welcomes you immediately upon entering. The views are stunning, location convenient, the kitchen well equipped and the pool relaxing. It is the perfect space to unwind and spend quality time with friends or family. I would highly recommend!

Our stay at this villa was fantastic! The new outdoor kitchen was amazing, and the heated pool made it extra special. The Arkeo team went above and beyond, even installing a fence to keep our small child safe from the stairs. The location is perfect, and the elevator was incredibly convenient for our luggage. One thing that really stood out is how much better the villa feels in person—it’s elegant and understated in the photos, but the space, design, and atmosphere are even more impressive when you’re actually there. Although our stay was too short, we can’t wait to come back for a longer visit. Highly recommend this villa for a luxurious stay in Quinta do Lago!

The villa is very well equipped, literally had everything we needed/wanted. Housekeeping also visited multiple times and were very accommodating. Quiet neighbourhood, you can walk to the beach but a car is probably needed otherwise. Great communication. Would highly recommend, thank you Rene and team!

Beautiful house 5 min drive to a beautiful beach. The pool is heated but we enjoyed the Jacuzzi and normal fireplace more in November. We were able to eat outside at lunchtime. The environment is very quiet and the house is spacious and very well-equipped. Thanks again to Izabel and Taylor for their hosting, welcome gift and great availability.

An idyllic place to spend a week with close friends. The house was made for both relaxing in gorgeous spaces and easy exploration of the area. Meal prep for a large crowd was a breeze in the well equipped kitchen. There is a great market close by and there are several restaurants within a short distance from the house. João was an incredible host, checking in a few times to make sure we were comfortable and well supplied. We felt fortunate to have landed in such a wonderful place. Thank you João!

Villa is absolutely beautiful exactly like it is in the photos highly recommended, Would definitely stay here again villa is only a few minutes from the town by car. Everything you could possibly wish for in the kitchen, right down to a third fridge in the outside barbecue area. We stayed with friends, as 2 families so eight in the villa and had plenty of room. also separate areas for all of us so it never felt like we was all on top of each other I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here Till the next time 😎

Exceptional setting, quality home with hosts with onions (French expression😂! ) We are fortunate not to have shared the facilities because we were almost alone on the premises: Hammam, Jacuzzi, Massage , pool , Sauna 😍 The Villa is isolated from the rest of the city but ⚠️ be careful there are 2 or 3 additional lodges. In any case Mitchel and Selina are really great, respond quickly to the group's questions, adapt very quickly too and are smiling and full of nice little touches: breakfast several times, welcome beers etc ... Thanks again And I can't wait to come back in a few years to see the improvements that have been made to this little corner of heaven 🥰

Loved our stay! Beautiful villa with all we needed. Great garden and pool with shady areas for the hot weather. Short drive from great beaches and all Lisbon has to offer

Blue Hill Boutique and Antonio have been fantastic. The villa is first class and the photos are an exact likeness. It truly made for a luxury stay and we will absolutely book again. We are a family of 2 children, 2 adults and the villa is both private, peaceful and very secure. The layout of the villa is perfect with every bedroom opening up to the pool. Olhão harbour was a favourite for gelato when we could convince the children to have a break from the pool. Antonio’s hospitality is first class and nothing was too much trouble and appreciated, especially the welcome bottle of rose

Casa Mu is a beautiful home with zen like qualities and an expansive view. We were staying at the house during the black out. Matthijs reached out to us while the cell towers were still live and came by to open the gates manually so we could get back to the house. Yannick stopped by later in the day to give us updates. The home has a Big Green egg and we had bought charcoal the day we arrived so we were able to cook dinner. Thankfully power was down for only a short time. Casa Mu has one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve ever seen in a rental. We bought oranges and limes from a roadside stand and made fresh juice using the electric juicer. Beds are super comfortable and bathrooms well equipped. I would suggest bringing bar soap for the shower. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room to hang out both inside and outside the house. The pool is not heated, but I did go in. A bit bracing, but not too cold. For food shopping, go to Apolonia in Lagoa. Great store that has all you need

This house is something else, absolutely amazing. The Alentejo's regional decoration, the little details, the immaculate outside space, ping pong table, well maintained swimming pool and the fire pit, this place has it all. Hats off to the work that took to make this place so welcoming. Also a note to Edite's communication with us, helping us choosing the best route to get to the property, and suggesting local places to visit. She's been ace. The only downside is that we've only booked 2 days 😂. I'll definitely keep this one in my favourites 👌

We had such a wonderful week at Villa Ocean Dreams! Giuliana’s home was even more beautiful and spacious than the photos! The location was fantastic with the beach so close and the boardwalk to walk into the marina or town right across the street. The pool and hot tub made our week even better. We spent much of our time in the comfortable gathering areas by the pool, under the shade and awnings upstairs and downstairs, or playing games in the evening at the dining table. All of the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals for our group of five and was so well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances. Giuliana was so helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

It was a very nice vacation at the BellyBeachHouse! When you enter, it smells pleasantly of freshly washed laundry and it is very clean! The surroundings offer great opportunities to do something, surf, hike, cycle, etc... But you can also just relax and unwind for a day by the pool. The nearby beach (Praia de Bordeira) is perfect for surfers and families and also one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen so far! The only small drawback is the construction site behind the house. But luckily, it doesn't last forever!

We had a wonderful stay! What impressed us most was the spectacular view, the generous architecture and spacious layout of the house – everything is beautifully designed and thoughtfully arranged. We felt completely at ease and truly enjoyed every moment. We would love to come back – thank you for everything!
