Very nice, secluded spot near the Encampment River. Completely remodeled living area called the Cottonwood Acres Bunkhouse. Sit outside on the porch and watch the deer walk by with the river as a backdrop. Play horseshoes out back. 18 miles south of Saratoga, with fishing, hunting, hiking, and riding opportunities within a 30 minute drive of the property in multiple directions. Also, great snowmobiling opportunities in the winter. Enjoy food and drinks a mile away in Riverside and Encampment.

The Cozy Place

This beautiful, cozy house is located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from I-80. It has a large fenced backyard, great for letting 4-legged companions stretch their legs. It is visited often by the local wildlife. The living room has a 65" Smart TV and pull out sofa. Each bedroom has a queen bed and 42" Smart TV. It has an oversize bath and shower with heated floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The backyard has a 15' trampoline and swing.

The dog park combined with a skateboard park and playground area, is within walking distance, just two blocks away. The host lives on the same block as Maple Manor if you have any immediate needs.

This apartment is newly renovated and features brand new appliances, fixtures, paint, and flooring! It is located on the main street, within walking distance of several convenience stores, a general store, and great restaurants. Off street parking, all utilities included, including A/C and 500 Mbps wireless internet. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware for your convenience.

This is a reasonably-sized one bedroom apartment in an 8-plex. The building, as well as most of Rawlins, is outdated and unmanicured; however, the apartment is set up to be very comfortable and is definitely clean! We make it as close to "home" as possible. We do provide wifi and a Roku for streaming; however, we do not provide cable.
