During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

For your stay with us in the house you have a closed apartment on the 1st floor and a private entrance.

You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. A wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area with double bed on the upper floor (glazed gallery). The kitchenette contains everything you need to cook. In the garage under the apartment is the washing machine as well as space for bikes, skis... E-bikes can be loaded.
