Stay in rooms as part of a studio! Enjoy a special accommodation (but not for children under the age of 16) in a studio located in a separate house on the fair Österlen. Guests have access to their own bedroom, bathroom, dining table and fridge. A good breakfast and cleaning is included! The farm, built in 1890, is located by a small gravel road in a village about three kilometers from the sea and the fishing village Brantevik. In Brantevik there are restaurants, a small harbor with a fish shop, wonderful cliff baths and beautiful coastal walking paths.

The location of the house is great for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rock baths, wonderful white beaches in the near. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed free of charge. Our guesthouse is located in a village with several restaurants/cafes that are mainly open in summer summertime. You will like the small charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150m from the beach. The listing is best suited for couples or the small family.

For those of you who play golf, two nice golf courses are offered at Österlens Gk within 15 min by car. There are all sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad etc.

Unique home under a water ceiling, pool, and playground

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a regular comment we received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with clear marine feel in New England style. The layout is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has a certain privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamnship, there's a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull off. The beds have reading lamps and power outlets for charging. EV charging box. Sauna and pool.

Stay in beautiful Österlen in Simris Gamla school. Here you get to enjoy in Lärarbostaden where nice details are preserved, such as a tiled oven, beautiful floors and sprawling old windows. Here you can enjoy good dinners at two generous patios with barbecue or indoors at a spacious dining table. There is something for both old and young as the nearest neighbor is the village playground where two boule courts are included. Simris is an old enrich village with nice walking paths. It is bike and walking distance to Simrishamn.

THE PROPERTY The suite has a private entrance with associated patio, windows overlooking the sea, equipped kitchen, sleeping area in double bed, wrinkled sheets as well as its own toilet with shower. In the driveway there are place for parking and down the hill a bus stop for traveling on public transport.

An entrance area features a mirror mounted on the wall and a small wooden stool. A rustic ladder provides access to a lofted sleeping area, with light filtering through an arched window that offers views of the surrounding fields.

We received a very warm and pleasant welcome. Viktoria and the accommodation exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend this place.

We loved Thierry’s house and garden! It was beautifully decorated inside and we felt at home right away. It’s a very peaceful location and in about 30 min you can walk to Simrishamn via the foot/cycle path. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Sillensdag, meet the many friendly locals and have delicious food. The area is also great for longer walks as the Skåneleden and Backaleden are nearby. Last but not least, the rock carvings are also not far away and are fascinating!

A small black cabin is surrounded by tall golden grass, with patches of greenery and trees in the background. The cabin features large windows allowing natural light to enter, and a shaded outdoor seating area with colorful cushions can be seen.

The place was clean and nothing was missing. The contact with Ulla worked perfectly and was always friendly. I highly recommend the house and would come back any time. Thanks for the nice and quiet vacation week!

Very cozy accommodation where we immediately felt welcome and enjoyed from the first moment on. Good starting point to most of Skånes and Österlen's lovely ! as "must see". Mai was very good and very keen for us to enjoy ourselves. Next time we visit Österlen, we know where to stay, there are no other options than here!

The entrance is framed by blooming rose bushes and natural landscaping, leading to double glass doors. Inside, soft light filters through sheer white curtains, inviting guests to explore the rustic warmth of the brick structure.
