Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Simpson Bay

Great place to stay, very spacious, super equipped, the roof terrace is beautiful, especially I like the surroundings, safe, quiet and within 20 minutes walk from the airport. I was now at a Paul's place for the second time and can 100% recommend this apartment. Price / performance.

I was completely blown away by this property—it exceeded all of my expectations! The views were absolutely breathtaking; relaxing on the patio while overlooking Saint Bartholomew was a dream. The home itself was exactly as described: spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances, and the bedrooms were comfortable and stylish, each with large, luxurious bathrooms. While it’s about a 25-minute drive from the downtown area, the peace, privacy, and stunning scenery more than made up for the distance. One of the best surprises was the fully stocked refrigerator provided at no extra cost—a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. And then there’s Irene—she was simply incredible. From greeting us with champagne to helping us plan our outings and even assisting with a small issue at the residence, her hospitality made our trip unforgettable. Irene went above and beyond, and we are so grateful. Thank you for making our stay truly special!

Oliver's place is a gem for its location and amenities. The property was very nice, and the views from the pool were truly great. Its location is excellent - a quick and easy walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The convenience of a local market and shopping nearby was also a real bonus. I appreciated how quiet and safe the area felt.

The villa was perfect. Beautiful view, upscale and clean. Joy was easy to communicate with and offered help with logistics such as car service private yachts, groceries and private chef service. The private pool off our deck was clean and refreshing We started planning our next trip before this one ended.

We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely short stay at this tastefully decorated apartment with a very large terrace, which was nice to rest on. Despite a power outage on arrival, the situation was quickly handled by GioNads (the compensation gift was very much appreciated). The 2 small downsides are the absence of certain essentials on arrival and the cleanliness of certain parts of the accommodation or accessories (traces of mold in the Nespresso machine tank, cobwebs on the ceiling and visible stains on the edge of the sofa once unfolded to serve as a bed. However, our entire stay was very pleasant.

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

one night stay. Nice space. very comfortable. great neighborhood. short walk to simpson bay. cleaners were working when we arrived but host allowed us to drop off our luggage. one bedroom airconditioner was not working when we arrived but it just the circuit breaker had been turned off (fixed ourselves) Be advised that the airport runway is adjacent and large jets land and takeoff every day between about 10am and 3 pm. no planes dusk to dawn.

If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind this place is for you. It’s on a beach but the waters weren’t so calm so I didn’t want to take the chance. Lola is very hospitable & was very responsive and helpful before and after arriving. The studio is just as seen in photos, very clean and has a modern cozy vibe. I’d suggest you rent a car…Lola helped with that before I arrived so I was able to pick up the car at the airport. I think this is a great option for a solo traveler as well.

Our stay at Ricardo's was absolutely amazing. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the famous Maho Beach where you can watch planes land up close ✈️, and also super close to the airport and all the local hotspots, restaurants, shops. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although the standard arrival time was after 4:00 pm, we were generously offered an earlier slot at 1:00 pm. The self check-in process was a breeeze. Everything went smoothly, and departure was just as easy. A lovely bonus was the complimentary bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. Whether you’re looking to explore the island or unwind in a clean, cozy, and well-located home base, this spot is perfect. 👏 We highly recommend this five stars listing! Had a wonderful time at Rosyenni, the apartment got everything you needed, Eventually you need to rent a car as the location is a little far by walking distance from the village Pelican Bay, and Simpson Bay, plus the view from the balcony is breath taken, you can chill at night watching the boat traffic, will recommend it 100%🙏😃

Just an awesome place to spend time in Simpson bay. The penthouse was awesome and would love to come back in the future. The kids had so much fun in the water. Simona went out of her way to ensure we had everything to enjoy our trip.

Alex’s place is amazing! He met us there for a super easy checkin, even though our flight was delayed by a day. The apartment is very spacious, well appointed, and has a gorgeous outside living area (covered). Alex also provided beach towels and chairs, as well as two sit-on-top kayaks! Its location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to tons of restaurants. The roads aren’t that easy to walk on, but there was also parking everywhere we went. There are a lot of dogs roaming the island, including this neighborhood so there’s barking, but they seem friendly. All in all, a lovely place to stay, and Alex is a top-notch host. I would highly recommend Alex’s place!

awesome location, 3 steps to beach. corals nearby with great snorkeling place right behind the house. clean and convenient, close to all action, with dedicated parking and all amenities you would ever need.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and beautifully maintained, with a gorgeous balcony that made it even more special. The studio is in a great location—surrounded by shops and restaurants—and it's just a 10-minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and about a 10-minute drive to Maho Beach. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming. The only challenge was finding a taxi, so I ended up arranging a private driver to pick me up and drop me off wherever I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Encanto. Rakhi was a very informative and she responded quickly to any questions we had. Gordon, the property manager, gave us instructions on the unit when we arrived. Rakhi provided recommendations which were helpful. The condo was very spacious and the balcony was large with a beautiful view. Our favorite restaurant was Palapa which was within walking distance (we ate there twice). The breakfast at the Yellow Sub in Orient Beach was delicious - best croissants. Carrefour was a great place to get provisions for the week and were reasonably priced. Every place took American dollars but only a few took American Express. We highly recommend spending a day at Pinel Island - Karibuni has chairs, umbrellas and cold beer!! The UnderSXM snorkel tour was really interesting. We rented a car to explore the island and the drivers are crazy so be careful - lol.

Yulia’s flat in Simpson Bay is a perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate. The patio overlooks peaceful Simpson Bay, lined with sailboats and activities happening on the ocean. The beach was very private, not crowded with tourists. The flat is well equipped, I can really appreciate all the hangers in the closet as well as having a cordless vacuum to tidy up. The location is my favorite in Sint Maarten, walkable to many restaurants. Yulia checked in with me a few times, I appreciate the hospitality and consideration. I will absolutely book here again!

Our short 3 night stay at Maho Condo was excellent. The space is very clean and small but functional. There are two large closets with plenty of hangers and four drawers of under bed storage. Kitchen: Stocked with glasses, dishes and cutlery as well as appliances like a ninja blender, air fryer and toaster. Bathroom: Rainfall shower with nice pressure, hot water and plenty of towels. They even have darker makeup towels. Misc. Robot vacuum, ironing board, smart tv. Amenities: Fully equipped gym and although we never used the pool it’s a nice size and has plenty of chairs. The onsite security made us feel safe coming and going at night. Location: close to the airport with about a 10 min walk to Maho beach. 5 min drive to Mullet Bay beach. In walking distance to bars/restaurants and the Maho market. We had a car and parked often in the gravel lot across the street. Communication: Great. We got a nice welcome and had an open communication with the hosts should we need anything.

all i can say is wow! what a great stay from helpful communication,to the location all of this was what we were looking for and we found that and more at Sylvia's wonderful place,thanks for having g us,and look forward to staying there again

We had the pleasure of staying at the Emerald Pearl Studio in Maho, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The studio is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay-from a functional kitchen to a cozy bed (too soft for us) but that’s our preference. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the famous Maho Beach,where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets,watch planes fly overhead, or just relax by the ocean. It’s also conveniently located near some great restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket. The host was incredibly accommodating and provided excellent communication she even left me a bottle of wine for my birthday which I thought was very nice and she even let us check in early. I recommend renting a car for the whole island experience, but taxis are only a 5 minute walk away. If you’re looking a relaxing, comfortable and stylish place to stay in Maho I recommend Emerald Pearl Studio. I will definitely be returning. 2 ppl only ;)
