5 Stars – Peaceful, Clean, and Relaxing Stay! I had a truly wonderful stay at DK's. The check-in process was as smooth as silk and hassle-free, with clear instructions provided ahead of time. The unit was spotless—very clean - even the sheets so clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. One of the highlights was the beautiful view of the swimming pool from the balcony—it was such a relaxing spot to unwind, especially in the evenings. The entire place is located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The unit has everything in the kitchen, you name it you have it. So dont worry. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was in order. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable getaway. Amazing place! Having it situated near to the town area and tourist spots allowed better mobility during our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and accomodating to a group of 6 or more people. 2 parking lots was the add on bonus to this stay as that is convenient when travelling in a big group.

Highly recommend!! Clear and fluid communication throughout the entire stay. Hosts were friendly and accommodating - they met all our needs and requests in a timely manner. We put the kitchen to full use for an entire week and it was easy to walk or Grab to get groceries or visit the beach. The complex was safe, quiet and, of course, the view was magnificent! We had a relaxed, effortless and beautiful stay in Batu Ferrenghi. Can't wait to return!

Our family enjoyed the 9-night stay in this nice, clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped Airbnb in a great location with many nearby eateries and with easy access to the beach. We were given clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Despite the heat outside, the apartment became our paradise as we entered it. It has beautiful hill views from the sitting room and bedroom. Watching different birds from the sitting room and monitor lizards in the small drainage below the windows at different times of the day was an enjoyment.

Kids friendly & spacious unit. We enjoyed our stay. Especially the foosball table, kids had fun with it! Kitchen is lacking of utensils though. Would be perfect if can provide more.

I had a great stay at Alex's place in George Town. The room looked exactly as listed-clean, comfortable, and just as described in the photos. Check-in was super easy thanks to the clear and detailed instructions, and Alex was very responsive whenever I had questions. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you so much for hosting us! We really enjoyed our stay. I have to say De’s place is one of the house we stayed that doesn’t skim on giving comfort to the people. De’s kitchen has good utensils, bowls and mugs that are good quality. In many other places we had been to, they’re not good at all. Same goes to beddings and linens. De’s offered cleaned ones and comfortable beds. Thank you so much for clear instructions and for being a very responsive host. We will surely love to stay at your place next time we visit Malaysia again.

Fiona was a great host throughout the stay, she was also very accommodating of requests that was made to her. The house were clean and thorough with provided amenities. The only thing would be that, the mattresses are slightly lower for my elderly relatives but if you huge young crowd, this is the perfect place to get together Plenty of room around the house to 'lepak', get together, chit chat. Overall great stay and great place for a huge crowd.

Fearra was very responsive and helpful. The house is very clean and spacious. Easy to access and close to amenities.

A spacious home that's perfect for big families. Ideal for those who enjoy hanging out together, cooking meals, and relaxing near the beach. The beach is within walking distance, making it very convenient. We were even greeted by some cheeky monkeys outside the house – they weren’t dangerous at all and just added to the fun. It really felt like a tropical escape, staying by the beach with a touch of the jungle. Thank you to the host for the lovely stay!

Nice place for 10 to 13 pax

The house is spacious, accommodating both families and groups of friends for a relaxing stay. Parking is generally accessible, though it may require a bit of patience at times. In the evenings, a small alcohol shop opens just around the corner, attracting a lively crowd who gather to enjoy drinks outdoors. Unfortunately, this often leads to some individuals relieving themselves in public, resulting in unpleasant odors that can affect the surrounding area.

This apartment was well worth the price. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. The clothes dryer was a perk. The appliances were modern and well maintained. The A/C and fans kept us cool. The WiFi worked perfectly to keep us connected. The showers were hot and we slept peacefully in our cozy beds. We had a beautiful mountain view from our patio. Our building had direct access to the pool, but the apartment faced away from the pool which helped mute the noise. The beach was beautiful with lots of activities, music and restaurants. We were strategically close to other attractions in Batu Ferringhi and were able to make the 45 minute trip into Georgetown with ease. We often walked around the neighborhood to eat at various restaurants along the street or at neighboring resorts. We liked having options to buy items at the convenience store, local shops, or with Grab. Ady was very responsive and helpful!

Suet Eng is such a great host. He is truly pleasant to deal with. He is understanding and consideration. I rented 2 units and both were clean and well equipped with kids friendly items. We are truly appreciated his help and definitely will come back.

모든것이 좋았습니다. 넓은방과 거실 그리고 무엇보다 뷰가 정말 좋았습니다. 다만 침구랑 수건에서 냄새가 났고 1층 공사중이라 소음때문에 힘들었습니다. 아마도 공사는 곧 끝날껍니다.^^

Stays for 5 days with my family for raya. Not that spacious but we got everything that we need. The place is walkable to lotus, mosque, mini mart and many more. One thing that the host might need to updated, which is the grill color that mismatch with the photo provided. Also the bathroom floor a bit sticky so it left a black thing on your sole. But that’s not a big deal. We enjoy our stays and it’s worth it. Definitely recommended. Thanks for being a great host!

Pax’s place a perfect gathering place for the family amongst dad, 3 sisters (one from Australia, one from Selangor and one from Penang herself) as well as for the nieces. His place is so comfortable and feels like home. We didn’t do much touristy activities but are happy with the facilities provided by the condo.
