Within a well-kept village, it will be possible to walk to the sea which is only 300m away, while the town of Villasimius is just over 1km away. The accommodation is arranged on several levels and has a terrace with panoramic views where you can eat meals, equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom (without door) and a closet where you can leave your beach equipment.

lovely garden apartment with private exclusive heated pool with jacuzzi decorated in sardinian style close to centre and the beach. Fantastic in the summer and in the winter, where your own private pool with heated water will make you feel to have your own personal SPA day and night. For heating the pool there is an extra charge of 20 euros per day. Water will be eventually heated on request from November to April. The pool can’t be use during adverse weather conditions (..rain, storms,… ecc)

Beautiful apartment located a few meters from the historic center and a few minutes from the wonderful white beaches of Sardinia, in a quiet area and close to all services and free public parking. New tourist accommodation equipped with all the comforts. Very comfortable both to experience the beautiful sea of Sardinia and the characteristic town. It's nice to stay in this lovely home. It is built on a single level and has a nice sea view. The patio is large and perfect for relaxing in the shade of an imposing bush. A double bedroom, a bedroom, a (blind) bathroom with shower and the living room kitchen complete the accommodation. All rooms overlook the sea side. The outdoor area is furnished with chaise longue and large covered outdoor shower. A path leads to the beach in a minute!

The house is located in a very central area, less than 50 meters from the square where the main summer shows take place and a minute's walk from the "evening struscio" street (Via del Mare), but at the same time the sleeping area is very reserved, and was completely renovated in spring 2020.
