House vacation rentals in Simcoe

This property is stunning! It has beautiful views of the vineyard and great walking trails. Plenty of storage and closet space, comfortable beds, the house is very spacious and perfect for a couples getaway. The local wineries looked beautiful, unfortunately we didn’t have time to visit any of them. Short distance into town with some great boutiques and art galleries.

Our stay was for 2 nights and everything was a described in the listing. We had lots of room for everyone and the house is conveniently located. It was easy to get in and out of London to the north and we were only about a 15 minute UBER ride to the Canada Life Place. The pool was the reason that we booked an extra day and it didn't disappoint. The host is very quick to respond and they were accommodating for us as we added an extra person due to an injury. I would recommend staying here for a family or a group.

This is the perfect place to stay at Niagara Falls! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood away from the busy tourist areas, but close enough to walk to all of the fun. It’s a 5 minute drive to the falls, and a 10-15 minute walk to Clifton Hill. We walked down to Clifton Hill every night for dinner/ shopping/ and entertainment, and even walked to the falls at night to see the lights. The house is beautiful, and is thoughtfully stocked with everything you could want or need. Our kids especially loved the attic playroom, full of toys, games, and books, the large basket of blocks in the living room, and the pool and hot tub out back. There are also several games and puzzles in the dining room. The two full bathrooms and one half bath were convenient, and the washer and dryer were definitely a perk as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful place. The hosts were so kind and helpful. The area is safe and so close to the outlets which was a huge plus for us ladies! Hope to stay there again one day!

This cozy studio was the perfect get away for us. We felt relaxed, at ease and comfortable. Milena is a gracious host, the home is stunning, welcoming and it was very well stocked with everything we needed, just like home. It was the perfect location for us to hike the waterfall trails, experience the Botanical gardens and visit with family and friends in Hamilton and Burlington. Will certainly book again for future vacations.

We had a wonderful stay with family for my son’s graduation. Communication with Niki was prompt and helpful. The pool house was a wonderful surprise and we spent most of our time there although there were two other living areas. The home is warm, clean, and meticulously designed, with small touches throughout (soft sheets, candle light, dimmers, heated floor in master bath etc). Incredible fireplaces, plenty of glasses and dishes, and a Sonos sound system for the music lovers like us. All perfect for a celebratory weekend!

It was great to stay at Kathleen's. The place is very spacious and perfect for a one person or a couple. The location is very close to a lot of nice restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and a lot more. I like the neighborhood a lot. In the summer, you can also enjoy the park right across the street. The place was very clean, and Kathleen was a great communicator - on top of everything. It really felt like home. I stayed there for one month as I was in between places and honestly I wish I could have stayed more.

The place is gorgeous, clean peaceful and at close proximity to everything. The hosts were easy to reach out to and made sure our stay was everything we were hoping for. The pictures don’t even do justice to how adorable the place is. I highly recommend booking this place if you want to take full advantage of what Niagara-on-the-Lake has to offer! Steph was a fantastic host! She provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions for accessing the home and checked in several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Her response time was almost immediate, which we really appreciated. The house itself was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper, and some wonderful locally made soap. The driveway was large, private, and far more spacious than we needed, which made parking a breeze. As for the location, it is right in the heart of the "downtown" core — just a 1-minute walk to Main Street and about 5 minutes to the beach. There is a great selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops all within a very short walk. We would happily stay here again next time we visit Port Dover!

I had a great stay here! The host was incredibly communicative and upfront from the beginning, especially about the ongoing construction nearby—which really wasn’t bothersome at all. The space itself is clean, stylish, and well located. The only thing that kept it from being a perfect stay was the lack of essentials toiletries like shampoo conditioner which would have made the visit a bit more convenient. But aside from that, everything else was great and well thought out. Would definitely recommend this spot.

We had a beautiful and peaceful weekend at Inna’s cottage home. This was our second stay here, and it was just as great as the first. The space is clean, cozy, and has everything you need. Inna is a kind, helpful and responsive host. We already can’t wait to come back!

Bo’s place was the perfect spot for us. We were attending a wedding down the road at Cranberry Creek Gardens. The home is in a beautiful peaceful location. So peaceful. When we arrived we got inside and immediately felt at home in the space. I would recommend this listing to anyone wanting a quiet, clean, comfortable spot to call home in the area. It’s not a far drive to any amenities needed. And there’s lots in the area to see and do. If we are ever back in the area we will be looking to book this listing!! Very happy with our stay at Cory's listing. The house was exactly as described. Lots of extra linens and nice warm blankets. The king size bed was very comfortable which was a nice change from most stays we have had elsewhere. Lots of Kcups for morning coffee, usually hosts only leave out 4-6, that was much appreciated. We love our coffee. House was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our two nights. Good thing there was extra peanut butter in the cupboard, totally forgot to pack some. Thanks again Cory would definitely book again.

Gorgeous private property on the edge of a vineyard, close drive to amenities and wineries. Perfect for our group of 8 women getaway. Pristine in its cleanliness. Spectacular decor. Beautiful surroundings. We spent hours sitting out back and playing cards, games, drinking wine at the huge farm table. Felt very spa like. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was perfectly equipped. Not a single thing to want for. Hosts were very responsive. We'll be back!!

My two friends and I recently stayed at The Maples on Brock in Paris, Ontario. It was a beautifully decorated home with a lovely kitchen area and three bedrooms - two inside and one outside in a guest suite. Brock, the owner, was most responsive to my inquiries. He had left many brochures with suggestions for restaurants and other activities in the area which were most helpful. Stillwaters and Cobblestone were two of our favourite restaurants. Brock provided robes and slippers for us which was a thoughtful touch. Despite the rainy weather, we three thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Maples on Brock and would highly recommend it. Miller time house delivers on style and cleanliness. Space is best suited for adults because of glass tables and plush couches. Bathrooms have spa vibe with fancy shower head features and heated towel racks. Great price and close drive or 25 min walk to the University campus.

Reuben was highly responsive and accommodating. The house is very close to an incredible beach. The inside of the house was very clean and has been extensively updated. There were lots of activities besides the beach, including board games, croquet and bocce ball. I would highly recommend.

The home matched the description and had a nice back yard right on the water. There isn't really any beach, but we didn't expect one. The home was clean and well set up. The kitchen was functional and plates/silverware were present but pots/pans/other cooking utensils were very basic and it would have been difficult to actually cook/bake. There were plenty of towels and linens and everything was very clean. The host is very responsive.

Three of us took a little business meeting out of town so this was a great location and a quick drive from Kitchener. Cottage was cute and easy to get to. Everything was walkable that we wanted to visit. Took a drive to Burning Kiln winery for dinner (5minutes away) and another one to Port Dover (15 min drive). It was extremely hot so we appreciated the AC unit in the cottage and loft. Beds were comfy too.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. Enjoyed the campfire and country feel of the woods yet so close to Burlington, Toronto and Niagara. Great host and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend 👍
