Walk to the ski lifts, restaurants, bars, golf, & other amenities at Park City Mountain/ Canyon's Village. The condo is centrally located and only ten minutes from downtown and PC junction. On-site, enjoy the hot tub, pool, tennis, and sauna steps from the condo. There is also a complimentary Canyons shuttle going straight from my front door right to lift if you don’t want to walk

Dream Location for Any Season Vacation!

This modern 3 bedroom/2 bath condo located 10 min by car from downtown Park City in Bear Hollow Village. Community amenities include an outdoor heated seasonal pool and year round hot tub, clubhouse and fitness center, free COMPACT CAR covered garage space and free street parking. Not suitable for trucks or big vehicles which can park on street. Bear Hollow Village is just minutes away from Park City downtown, Canyons resort, Utah Olympic Park, shops at Outlets Park City and Redstone Village.

The Retreat, close to everything.

Our family calls it "The Retreat" it is an easy 20 minute drive from the airport and about 10 mins to area resorts. There are several more ski resorts in the area, with a short drive. The Retreat is very well maintained and kept updated, with the highest quality and livability in mind. Kitchen equipment, appliances, and wares are some of the best available. Mattresses, bedding, towels, and supplies are of quality. This is not a budget Inn it is "The Retreat", enjoy it as we do and come back.

Vaulted, quiet upper-level 360 sf studio. Ski resorts & Main St 5 min away (approx 1.5 mile away). FREE bus takes you to resorts/shopping. Overlooks Rail Trail & stream. Remodeled & beautiful! 50" HDTV, wood floors, gas fireplace, kitchentte, king bed (sleeps 2) and loveseat sleeper (sleeps 1). Hot tub open year round. Pool open during summer months. Restaurants within walking distance. Must go up one flight of stairs. I want my studio to feel like your home away from home!

We'd love to host you in our Studio apartment with queen bed plus queen sleeper sofa to fit 4 comfortably. Tons of natural light and views- windows ALL have full pull down shades for privacy as well. Locked Storage closet for skis, bikes or luggage. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies. Community includes splash pad, soccer fields, playground, boardwalk trails and biking trails. Free transportation throughout Park City via High Valley Transit.
