Zusana is a very nice and thoughtful lady. She prepared everything you need, even coffee, tea bags, and shampoo. It's a peaceful suburb region, close to the mining museum. With bus you could get to the city center in 20 minutes. The room is on the ground floor, which is seperated from where the landlord live. If there are no other renters, you gonna have the whole floor. Just for your info, Arsenal fans park only. So if you are fan of the Spurs, don't behave it.

I stayed at David's place for just an overnight stop during a work trip and found everything I needed. I met David briefly for the hand-over of the keys and his communication beforehand was swift and friendly. Due to the shortness of my stay I can't say much about the area and location, but the apartment itself was great.
