Nagyon szép és tágas lakás, tiszta, rendezett. A három hálószobán kívül egy tágas nappali szoba is van, kényelmes kanapéval, étkező asztallal, terasszal. A fűtés kiváló. Az óváros hangulatos.

Mejor de lo esperado. Las fotos no le hacen justicia. El departamento se encuentra en una muy buena ubicacion y cerca de la mayoría de lugares turísticos. Posee un balcón francés con vistas al acueducto, lo que lo hace más bonito. El lugar estaba limpio, ordenado, y equipado con utensilios básicos para poder cocinar algo sencillo. Repetiríamos sin dudar.

Great stay in Madrid! A wonderful location, lovely flat and the hosts were super responsive throughout our stay. Fully recommend.

Piso en localización muy buena. Todo tipo de servicios nada más salir del edificio. Todo muy limpio. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia de dos semanas. Oscar fue super flexible y diligente ayudándonos a modificar las fechas y con la hora de salida. Recomendado sin dudas. Muchas gracias!

Gostámos bastante e voltariamos a repetir tudo novamente. Muito simpáticos e atenciosos, tornaram toda a nossa experiência muito melhor. Obrigado!

Sfeervol appartement op loopafstand van het centrum, metro op 7 min loopafstand. perfect! In het weekend tot laat korte momenten van lawaai, als buren binnenkomen, doordeweeks geen last van gehad. Als we nog eens in Madrid zijn komen we zeker terug.

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had such a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The place itself was absolutely beautiful — clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. It was even better than the photos, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a true home away from home. The host even sorted a travel cot once we asked. What really made the stay stand out was the host. She was incredibly helpful and responsive from the moment I booked. She went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly and answered any questions I had right away. Her flexibility with check-out time was also greatly appreciated and made my travel plans much less stressful. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and relaxing place to stay. Thank you for everything!

Exceptionally great Airbnb! Just as gorgeous and even more spacious than the photos show. Extremely clean, has every possible appliance, convenience and amenity, more closet and drawer space than you could need, and a wonderful soaking tub, too. And all around fun and luxurious place to stay.

Великолепное место в лесу, приватная территория, большой и уютный дом, камин, вокруг которого наша семья собиралась каждый вечер играя в настольные игры(которых множество в доме), а фоном звучал джаз (Франк Синатра) из домашней коллекции этого же дома. Не место, а находка, чтобы уединится и отдохнуть семьей от жары и суеты города. Жаль , что у нас было только три дня . Обязательно вернемся , чтобы насладиться пребыванием в этом месте.

Alojamiento muy recomendable para una reunión de familiares y amigos con niños, ya que dispone de una gran parcela ajardinada con instalaciones y equipaciones para que los chicos se lo pasen en grande.

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

Una casa muy muy linda ideal para ir en familia o con amigos pero que necesita en el exterior de la casa un buen mantenimiento. Luces quemadas en la terraza, lo cual nos impedía estar allí en la noche. Nos encontramos con que la barbacoa era apenas una pequeña parrilla que no estaba en condiciones de ser utilizada. En mal estado y muy sucia. Por lo demás la casa es espectacular!

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans le logement d'Irène. L'extérieur est très privé, sans vis-à-vis, et la piscine ainsi que la vue sont incroyables. L'intérieur de la maison est magnifique. Le calme, à 30 minutes de Madrid. Nous recommandons la maison d'Irène sans hésiter.

El lugar es precioso, tranquilo y con una vista increible. Con mucha pena no pudimos usar la piscina pero estaba frío así que no nos dolió mucho. Sumamente amable y atenta!

El alojamiento era perfecto, tal y como se ve en las fotos e incluso mejor. Amplio, limpio y bonito. Muy recomendable (sobretodo si van al estadio Metropolitano,está muy cerca). Atenta, y responde rápido los mensajes. Todo perfecto. Gracias!!!!!

We had such an amazing stay with Julia. She truly makes you feel at home and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome in her home. The place was very clean and comfortable, and we were able to commute easily to the city centre. 100% would stay here again!!

We enjoyed staying here. Excellent location close to everything. Beautifully decorated in a building with lots of interesting history. It was a great place to stay with our kids. Comfortable and quiet. Soledad was always quick to respond and very helpful. I would love to stay here again on a future trip to Avila. Highly recommended!
