Entire 3-Level House on the Banks of the Guadalquivir River
Due to the Covin-19, we’re taking extra care to disinfect the house between reservations. We have a private entrance to the house. In order to follow the social distance rules and avoid person to person contact we offer self check-in system. Sit down to a complimentary breakfast on the first morning staying in this fully refurbished property. Later, read a book in the hammock on 1 of the tranquil terraces. It also benefits from plenty of natural sunlight and fine exposed stonework. Our beautiful house is divided into 3 floors. On the first floor we have: -Bedroom 1 with king size bed (1.50m x 1.90m) -Generous open plan modern kitchen dinner and lounge area which is great for family/friends entertaining and hang out together. We have brought the old walls and you can see the unique and original bricks of the house. It has a pleasant space that will make you feel at home. -Bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the second floor we have: -Two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 with a king size bed (1.50m x 2m) floor to ceiling balcony overlooking the famous street, Calle Castilla, table and two chairs. Bedroom 3 which has 2 single beds (0.90m x 2m). -Fully equipped bathroom with a walk in double shower. -Laundry cupboard with washing machine, cleaning utensils and products. From this second floor we have access to one of the beautiful terraces from where we access to the third floor which is our gorgeous very large roof terrace, one of the amazing points of this property, the highlight! With a seating area where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest al fresco, enjoy a nice breakfast or a great dinner after visiting the city. Please note the outdoor cushions are only for non winter use due to the slight possibility of rain and the humidity caused by temperature change from day to night. We will do our best for you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Seville. Guests will have access and exclusive use of the whole house and terraces. Free wifi. In the price is included everything you need to make a lovely breakfast, coffee, milk, bread, jam, butter and some fresh fruit. Feel the City’s Heartbeat at a Grand Old Home with Balconies
The restoration and decoration of the flat was finished on sept 2017, with grate open spaces and super high ceilings (4 metres high) its and oasis of peace, thanks to the exterior glass and metal balconies that can be closed completely, and the wood windows that go from floor to selling on the outside facade. To the inside the flat overlooks a typical Spanish patio As you approach the house the main outside door to the building warns the visitor about the category of the building about to enter … passing a metal gate the patio is reach, a simple elegant spaced that provides light to the inside of the properties and cools down the atmosphere during the hot days, opposite the lift and to the right the stairs, the height of the ground floor is so huge that the stairs need three sections to reach the first floor flat (in today’s construction it would be a high second floor) As you enter the flat on your right and along the inside of the flat you have a wood and picture window overlooking the patio With two confortable bedrooms one with a balcony, both with, wardrobes, bed side tables with reading lights and 100% cotton bed clothing And two bathrooms one in suite with a bath and both with, shower and hot water on demand heated with city gas The kitchen is modern and gear up with top range kitchen equipment, and with all the necessary utensils for cooking a delicious meal, presenting and serving the food The sitting room has a, working table, library, two armchairs, big sofa and flat TV, is supper luminous thanks to the balcony and the window at the far end were the dining table seats The house has air conditioned in all rooms and Wi-Fi The building a private house on its day, was first renovated in 1999, and latter refurnished in September 2017, the main entrance at number 3 of Calle Reyes Catolicos and the back entrance at Calle Almansa The property has a beautiful patio and underground car park, with one car park space for the flat connected with a lift to the first floor of the building Is a peaceful residential building and will be appreciated to be treated on that manner The apartment is on Calle Reyes Católicos in the upscale Arenal neighborhood in Seville’s old town. Step out to shops, tapas bars, restaurants, and nightclubs. The town hall, cathedral, river, and bullfighting ring are just minutes away.
