It is ideal for two people, is fully equipped and is located on the second floor (not barrier-free). The apartment has a double bedroom. The room is quiet and modernly decorated. A private parking space is available. Area: direct bus connections to Bonn City. Good road connections to Bonn, Siegburg and Cologne. The double room with its own entrance door and private bathroom is located on the first floor of a detached house in the heart of Hangelar. All shops are within 3 minutes' walk, Bonn city center is 10 minutes by car or tram. Coffee/tea are available at any time. A small hallway with a wardrobe connects the room to the bathroom, which is very well lit and has a large shower.

Between Cologne and Bonn

A well-kept, self-contained apartment, parking outside the door, bus and train connection, 20 km to Cologne, 10 km to Bonn, 5 km to Siegburg ICE train station. Centrally located (200 m to the town center with bakery, post office, savings bank, Volksbank, pharmacy, etc.) and yet quietly located (on the Rhein-Sieg cycle route) (secured bicycle storage).

This well-equipped 1-room apartment is set in a very central location in Siegburg Zange. Siegburg Central Station is only 5 minutes from the apartment. From here you have a connection to the metropolises of Cologne, Bonn and Frankfurt. The apartment also has a good highway connection. The A3 and A59 motorways are 5 minutes away.
