Doug was very nice and helpful. We were worried we would be unable to leave the island due to weather and Doug worked with us and told us not to worry. Very quiet and peaceful place. It has its quirks but that’s part of the charm.

Our family of 3 spent 8 nights in this cozy cottage. It was the perfect accommodation for us, situated between downtown and Sconset. We have stayed in the Tom Nevers area in the past--having a car on-island makes it much more convenient. We had daily visits from lots of birds (feeder food generously provided by the hosts), rabbits, and deer. The location was very quiet and private. The hosts (we met Ron on our second day) could not have been nicer. Great communication. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay at Kate's was heaven. From the moment we checked in, Kate was very responsive, friendly, and helpful with any questions. The cottage is homey, cozy, and has everything we needed. We loved cooking meals in the spacious kitchen, having coffee on the lovely front porch, and rinsing off in the outdoor shower after the beach, and you can tell a lot of love has built and filled this quaint space. We loved how it was within walking distance to the beach, the bluff walk, the market, and how private our neighborhood felt. We had such a special time, and all agreed we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Kate!

We visited Nantucket for our annual girl's trip. We all thought the home was very cozy and comfortable. We cooked dinner in one night and found the kitchen to be well-equipped for making a meal. The bottle of wine and snacks upon arrival were appreciated. The beds were all comfortable. We enjoyed walking to the beach each morning and we rented bikes to ride on the paths all over the island.
