The landlord was super nice because I couldn't buy a cake temporarily. The host was willing to help me run it. It really feels like being taken care of by children. The nearby environment can be let go and play, and you don't have to be afraid of loud people Highly recommended!!!

The CP value👍👍 is very high, the interior space is large, and it is also kept clean. There are enough supplies, the location is super good, and it is very close to the city. The night market downstairs can be visited every day. It is comfortable to go back and rest after👍 playing. And parking is really convenient. Check-in and check-out are also smooth. We had a great stay in Hualien! The room was clean and had the most comfortable bed we had so far in Taiwan. It‘s close to the train station which was a plus for us. Would 100% recommend.

The photos and descriptions are almost 100% the same. When entering the building, I felt that the access was a little more complicated, but it did not affect the experience of staying. As soon as you enter the door, the living room is already air-conditioned, and after a whole day of running around outside in the hot summer, only comfort can be described. 7-11 is just downstairs, and it's a big one, with all the necessities, and you don't have to worry about the inconvenience of the surroundings, you need to prepare snacks in advance. The overall comfort of the house is very high, the living room is spacious, suitable for everyone to eat and chat together, the TV also has YouTube and Netflix to use, which is very in line with the needs of modern people. The room is simple and cozy, and it is also very clean. It really feels like staying at a friend's house. The three friends who came with me all gave good reviews. It will be the kind of good house to visit again.

Jenny is a very sweet and attentive host. For over a month, she asked me if I had any inconveniences or needed anything. Thanks to the information she gave me, I was able to visit delicious restaurants and teahouses and watch New Year's events. The room was exactly what I saw in the picture and was convenient with a water purifier inside. The windows were soundproofed well, but there was some noise because they were along the main street. I didn't feel any inconvenience, but if you are sensitive, please refer to it.

Incredible hosts. There’s a cat that lives outside the building, she’s territorial at first, just give her treats and she will love you forever. Location is great, walking distance from Train Station, lots of local restaurants, gyms, laundry, cafe, tea. Will be returning. Great for short & longterm stays. Wifi can go in and out, I still was able to work in the building though!

We truly appreciated Sofia's apartment. It was generously sized for two people, allowing each of us to have our own bathroom. The interior was thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the apartment was impeccably clean, well-organized, and looked exactly like the pictures. Sofia welcomed us warmly and explained how to use the elevator dongle and the door code. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals. There were also numerous restaurants within walking distance, and the beach was only about 8 minutes away. We were especially grateful for Sofia's flexibility with the check-out process. Since we had to travel to Taipei for work on short notice, she was very accommodating and allowed us to check out earlier than originally planned. I had a great stay at this apartment, after making it inside. I couldn't find it at first, but that was because airbnb's English translation of the message did not include the address, even though it was there in the original message! Because of this, I was actually brought there by the owner via car and shown inside in person, which was absolutely top notch service and super helpful. Just how kind, responsive and helpful the owner is not only in person but also via messages would have me recommend this place, but aside of that it's also just generally a nice place to stay. Shower is good, bed is a bit stiff but I did sleep well and this is the only place I have stayed in the entire country where there was an installation to make the tap water drinkable, which was nice. Close to the station, very kind host and just overall good for the few days you need to explore Hualien. I was even offered to go swimming in the mountains together, but didn't have my swimming gear with me. 5/5

A place close to the city and a great value for money, the owner of the issue was also quick to run around to deal with it, which was very touching!
