Vacation rentals with beach access in Shōnan

this was our second time staying here, and we had an amazing stay once again. the accommodation is super clean and looks just like the pictures. the area is peaceful, with plenty of places to eat at. it’s a short walk to the convenience stores and the train station as well, which has a nice grocery store located next to it. the host is very nice and responds quickly; he also gave us great recommendations. overall this is a great accommodation and we would definitely recommend this place to other people.

Walkable area. The home was bigger than I expected. It was great for four women!

とてもいいロケーションでゆっくりくつろげました。アイロン台を落下させ、破損してしまったのですが、すぐに対応してくださり、とても助かりました。駐車場も近くに手配していただき、快適でいい旅になりました。また利用したいです。

滞在中は海へ気軽に散歩ができるように、こちらへ母と2人で3日間の滞在をさせていただきました。部屋は写真の通り大変綺麗で、母もソファに座ってテレビやYouTubeを観たり、お茶を飲んだり家のように寛げたようです。駅までも歩ける距離ですが、ホテルを出てすぐの場所にバス停があるので、本数は限られますがホテルと駅間が数分で行き来できるので、雨の日はとてもたすかりました。またホストの方のご返信が大変早く、滞在前からご丁寧に対応いただき安心できました。また利用させていただきたい素敵なホテルです。旅の間、素敵な滞在をご提供くださり、ありがとうございました！

Ken’s apartment is wonderful. It has all the amenities required for a family stay. We were able to cook our dinner and breakfast, do laundry (washing and dryer included). The place is strategic, very short walking distance to Enoden Yanagikoji Station. We parked our car at the house and take the train to explore Kamakura area. It was a perfect house for us. We loved how clean the Airbnb was and its proximity to the beach and good restaurants. The host went above and beyond to prepare child futons for us. The Airbnb was well stocked with cleaning supplies and everything we needed.

Super friendly host who attends to all the details. Clear instructions were given for all the electrical products, which is super helpful. Space is good for 3 people. Totally enjoyed the use of the bikes. Seasoning and free drinks were also provided. They even provided charging ports. Very thoughtful hosts indeed!

10 minutes à pied de plusieurs restaurants et cafés ainsi qu'une station de train. Le logement est vraiment très beau et je reviendrais sans hésiter à cet endroit! Nous avons loué des vélos et nous avons pu profiter davantage des environs. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et permet de se sentir comme à la maison.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home for 2 days and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment I booked, host was incredibly communicative and made sure I had all the information I needed. He even sent me a list of local recommendations that turned out to be perfect for my trip. The check-in process was smooth, and host greeted us with a warm welcome when we arrived. He was so thoughtful, offering to help with anything I needed and even gave me some great tips on exploring the area. He volunteered to pick us from the train station when we arrived and also send us to the train station when we depart. The home itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything. If you are looking for a place to stay, I would highly recommend this place!

海や葉山公園がとても近く、海遊びに最高に良いロケーションでした。室内も綺麗で明るく、設備も充実していてとても快適でした。事前の荷物の受け取りも快く対応いただき、ありがたかったです。またぜひ来たいと思います。

This was our third stay at this home, and hopefully not our last. As always we had a wonderful stay, situated very close to the Enoden train to hop on and take us around different areas of Kamakura, with 4 bedrooms which accommodated our family well. Thank you again!

A very cute home just steps from the ocean! Great communication with host, very easy to find and access. Four people fit very comfortably. Dryer hangers were very helpful after washing clothes. Everything was as described and pictured. Walkable to convenience stores and restaurants, as well as the Enoden train line. Would stay again!

Very nice and cozy private house with greenery all around and a short walk to popular beaches. Loft bedroom and couch to comfortably sleep 3. Excellent value... There wasn't a dining table or stools for the counter so eating was a little difficult. Oh yeah, there is a arthouse movie theater as part of the property... :)

We loved our stay in Kamakura at this beautiful property. It felt like our own Japanese home. The living areas were spacious and very functional. We were really impressed by the modern and large (for Japanese standards) kitchen and the clean and functional bathroom spaces. It was really lovely sleeping upstairs as the room is surrounded with rice paper window coverings, and we had the glow of moonlight as we fell asleep and a sunlight glow in the morning. We could have easily stayed here for a number of weeks, and will definitely be back if we revisit Kamakura. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Beautiful, spacious and private house in walking distance of the local Enoden train. The house is clean, pretty and has all you need for any type of stay. Check-in and check-out are clear and easy, as well as being allowed to drop the luggage early, would recommend.

Lovely place. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Host was flexible with my check in time as I wasn’t sure what time I arrived til I got on the train. As it was raining on the day I left, host was kind enough to offer to drive me to train station as well as work out the train timetable for me. I couldn’t have asked for a lovelier experience.

房间离最近的车站不远，但是一路上都是安静的居民区，拖行李箱过来的话有一点太吵了。房间在3楼，没有电梯，楼梯窄窄的，拎着行李箱上下楼有一点点不方便。房间不大，但是很干净整洁，还有阳台，洗衣机，灶台等等，非常的功能齐全。楼下还有公共自行车的租借点可以直接骑到江之岛等地方，非常方便。

We loved our stay in Enoshima and staying in this Airbnb contributed to our nice time. The place was well equipped, with a lot of space, proper kitchen that allows cooking, in a very quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. We had a bit of a delay receiving the check-in code, but once we called the company it got sorted out. The house manuals were very useful, although a bit more gudiance on waste separation and management would have helped with sorting out our garbage. We had to leave a couple of items behind, e.g. laundry detergent and small picnic mat for the beach, as they were not provided, but hope it's fine. The area was very calm and quiet, so we had a very good sleep, despite one night hearing the upstairs apartment a bit more. But all guests are asked to respect the night time and saltay quiet, so it's not the hosts fault. Actually, the host was very responsive and kind to answer all our questions. We are definitely coming back in the future. Thank you for having us!

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!

This place was great! Right next to the beach, nice views, and in a really cute, peaceful area. It’s close to a train station, so wasn’t hard to get our luggage to and the place was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the accommodation, the location was perfect for us and all the things we wanted to see were easily accessible and within walking distance, we thought kamakura was a beautiful place and the property provided us the means to see as much of it as possible! The accommodation was clean, tidy, had everything we needed, can't fault it at all! The host was great, responsive, friendly and helpful. An all round great experience and we would definitely stay again!

This charming apartment in Kamakura was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Toshi was a very proactive and thoughtful host. He provided me with a great guide to the area and was quick to answer any questions I had. Upon entering the apartment, there was peaceful and relaxing music playing. The bed had a warmer and deodorizer under the sheets for the ultimate coziness. There were tons of amenities that were super thoughtful from toothbrushes to beach day bags with chairs and coolers. The location is just a few minutes walk from the beach and about 15 minutes away from some of the major shrines and temples. All in all, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Toshi's place if you're in Kamakura. My only regret was that I didn't stay longer.
