About 6 minutes by car, about 20 minutes on foot. Located in the heart of Shodoshima, this is a fully renovated, stained glass lit, old house inn in 2021. We hope it will be one of your favorite places on Shodoshima. The second floor is the accommodation space and there are about 15 steps on a sloping staircase. Please be careful if you are traveling with small children, as there are no fences. On the first floor of the building, a former chef of the Japanese embassy in several countries runs a restaurant called "Kasuke", a creative sushi kaiseki restaurant. You can get a 10% discount by telling them you are staying at our accommodation and booking in advance. Shodoshima, 30 seconds to the sea, you can see the sea from any room

This house is located on the quiet seaside of Shodoshima Town. It is a house built just to watch the sunset over the sea. Unfortunately, we have a lot of stairs on the terrace, so it's not barrier free. (I will do my best to help with your luggage, etc.) However, at the top of the high terrace, the calm and beautiful sea of Setouchi, sparkling with sunlight, and the changing faces of the crimson sunset await you every day. Please enjoy an extraordinary time and forget about the time. You enter the room by climbing the terrace stairs. It is not barrier free. Please be sure to have an adult accompany you when going up and down stairs with small children. Also, there are many stairs on rainy days, so it may be inconvenient. Also, the road in front of the inn is not paved. Please note that this may cause some inconvenience. There are many insects because there is a lot of nature around the house. Insects may enter when windows or doors are opened or closed. (Especially at night, insects are attracted to the lights in the house) I'm very sorry, but if you don't like insects, please refrain from staying. There is currently construction going on next door, and it may be noisy.

Setouchi is Higashiura on Shodoshima. A tranquil stone that sits quietly after a long time, and the serene Seto Inland Sea spreads out in front of you. In Yurusato, an old house that was built about 90 years ago, you will be greeted by a number of decorative shelves and counters made from soy sauce barrels that have finished their role, works by local makers, and also a number of pieces from the painting art "Shibata Ayumi". In the winter, you will be healed by the flames of the woodstove. In the summer, play on the beach. In the morning, watch the sunrise. Listen to the sound of the waves quietly at night.
