Vacation rentals with a patio in Shkodra Lake

My partner and I had a great stay at Mira’s apartment in Drazin Vrt. The location is amazing, we couldn’t get enough of the view from the balcony! Mira was extremely helpful throughout our stay and made our trip to Montenegro special. Thank you Mira, we had an amazing time!

From the apartment, you have a beautiful view of the bay and the city. All restaurants are within walking distance and you can get to the parking lot quickly.

A million dollar view of the bay, mountains, and city of Kotor. Natasa was incredibly flexible and helpful in our arrival and throughout our stay. She and her daughter were friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Natasa's modern, ultra-clean apartment is highly recommended.

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

I wish we could have stayed longer, it's a much nicer and more convenient place than it looks in the pictures. Most importantly, it was very clean, there were no water stains and everything smelled great. It's obvious that a lot of effort has been put into this house, it has everything you might need. There is a tree with huge clusters in its garden, you can drink your coffee peacefully in its shade. We were also very impressed by all the details in the house. We thank Ana again. I hope we can come back and spend more time in this beautiful house.

A very quiet place. Panoramic view from the balcony where you can eat or drink wine. The only downside is the distance between the apartment and the sea. I highly recommend the rest

What can I say, this place is just stunning! Beautiful little slice of heaven right on the water. Great to have our own private patio as well as the gorgeous shared pool and roof terrace which was all kept so clean and tidy. The location was ideal for us as we hired a car, but such a lovely walk along the path right into Kotor town. Delicious local restaurants a short walk away and a handy shop next door. We organised a boat tour through the company too and it was fantastic. One to do for sure. All in all an incredible stay and can’t wait to visit again.

Dragan’s place is well-organized and clean. He was very kind to offer to pick us up at the airport, even though we arrived late (at 11 PM). We had a great time at his place — the garden with its variety of fruit trees really made a difference during breakfast, that’s for sure. Totally recommend the place!

Fantastic stay in Buva old town. Paulina communicted very well and it was very nice of her to leave us some water and snacks on our arrival. The aparatmemt is in a great location and close to shops and restaurants. One side note: if you don't need to rent a car, then don't as parking is very expensive!

This place is just amazing, the house is packed with all sorts of things you would need to feel just at home. I chose it because it was close to the airport but I didn't expect to receive such hospitality and comfort. The house was extremely clean, the furniture was very plenty and the surrounding garden was beautiful. Ivana and her mother are amazing people, they did everything to make me comfortable and safe, I cannot thank them enough. Ivana's mother prepared some very tasty coffee and treats for me, they are both very genuine and kind hearted people. It was a very pleasant experience staying there and I highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel at home.

We’ve just got home from a lovely week. The villa is lovely, spacious and airy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Some fabulous places to visit nearby. Car is essential. Lots of homely touches at the villa and a good sized pool area to enjoy. Excellent value for money and would definitely consider visiting again.

Everything was great! Incredibly beautiful place. There is everything for a holiday with friends : hammocks, grill area, the possibility of a picnic on the street, clean pool.

We loved it here! Felt right at home from the beginning. Perfect for a family with two teenagers. We walked down to the small beach the first night and it was lovely not busy or touristy. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is new and spotless. Beautiful views out of all the windows. Zdravko and his mom Bela were very responsive and kind. One of the BEST Airbnbs we’ve stayed at.

We had an amazing stay at Radmila and her family's place. We couldn't have asked for a better host. She was welcoming and caring from the get go. Making sure we felt right at home and insisted that we do not hesitate to ask her if we have any questions or concerns. She gave us recommendations about things to do and how we would best visit the old town in Kotor by car, where to park etc. The beds were comfortable with air conditioning in every room. Plenty of towels available for a group of five. Coffee capsules was provided which was very appreciated. The shower pressure was great. The view from the apartment is amazing. I don't think I've ever had such a beautiful view before. The apartment overlooks the Kotor bay and makes you pinch yourself as if it's not real. Note that a car is ideal for this location as it's higher up in the mountain and around a 5-10 minute drive to the main city of Kotor. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone and I give it a 10/10.

Milica was a wonderful host. She sent us the directions with pictures, it was very easy for us to find. The location of the house is 20 minutes from the center, the road was very pleasant and very beautiful. It was very kind of her to greet us at the door and describe the house. Everything was thought of at home, nothing was missing. Thank you, we will come again

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

This is the most recommended house!The room is exactly as seen in the photos, with a great view, especially at sunset.And the house was very clean!Everything in the room is fully equipped, including all kitchen utensils, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc., which is very easy to use and also brings us a lot of convenience.The hosts Petar and Alex are very nice, they recommended us a lot of fun places that only locals know, and their responses are usually very timely, if you come to Montenegro, I highly recommend staying in this room.🥰

Highly recommend staying here for your own slice of beautiful Budva old town! The location is PERFECT and instructions made it easy to find. It's on the smaller side but perfect for 1 or 2 adults. The outdoor patio is lush and I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings and wine at night. Would definitely stay again, really relaxing place.

Jasna and Marko's apartment was perfect for our two-night stay in Podgorica. It had everything we needed and was conveniently located near restaurants, the Old Town, and a short walk to both the bus and train. The bed and furniture were comfortable and the apartment had a nice patio.

Lovely place! It was our first time in Montenegro and we couldn’t find a better place to say. Nikola is very reactive, we even had a welcome champagne and chocolate. The place really look like the pictures. Nice view on mountains and the sea, we loved it. The neighborhood is really calm, a lot of cats outside tho (perfect place for cat lovers !) The place is actually located in Dobrota, we booked a car for the week so we could join the center of kotor very fast (10 min). It is was a perfect stay, definitely coming back !! Love Montenegro 😘
