We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay! The spacious rooms were perfect for relaxing, and the caretakers were incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Great place.

We all enjoyed our outing @ Bella Vista. The property has beautiful views of mountains & backwater of the Khadakwasala dam. The roads from Kudje onwards, including within the property are so good that , one can reach within one hour from central Pune. The area is full of greenery ( mostly teak) & very serene. The walk near the property leads to a temple & is really rejuvenating. The property is in a very good condition, has hugh 4 bedrooms with big size well equipped bathrooms, with balconies & a huge terrace. The caretaker couple cooks simple but delicious homely food, & the couple is always welcoming. We enjoyed thoroughly our stay . Its one of the rare gems. Some of our suggestions, these are not complaints, though. 1. The property direction signs are must, as it gets confusing. 2. The property entrance get can be a bit bigger. The owner family was very helpful , not only in deciding the menu, but was helpful when one of our friends, left his keys at Bella Vista. A 4.5 out of 5 surely.

The place was fantastic and the caretaker did help all the guests staying at the property with all the requirements. The host has maintained the property very well and has also made sure that all the guests staying at his property feel at home. Whatever was requested was all presented on time and there were no unusual surprises for all the guests which was the best part of the entire stay. This is a property that I would recommend to all our knowns.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the villa's spaciousness, which was ideal for accommodating our family. The rooms were well-appointed and generously sized, allowing each member of our group to have their own comfortable space. The ample living area provided a cozy environment for us to relax and spend quality time together. It was evident that the villa was designed with families in mind, as there was plenty of room for everyone to move around freely.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The heated plunge tub was the best part, and the vibe of the whole place was so peaceful. It actually felt like a real escape. Would 100% come back :))

We stayed here to celebrate our Dad’s 60th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The property is exactly as shown in the pictures—beautiful, spacious, and full of charm. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. We had an amazing time enjoying the pool and the play area—it kept both kids and adults entertained for hours. The facilities were top-notch and thoughtfully maintained, making our stay incredibly comfortable. A big shoutout to Sameer and his team for their exceptional hospitality. They were always available, super helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. We couldn’t have found a better place for such a special occasion. Highly recommended for family gatherings or celebrations—you’ll leave with wonderful memories!

This is a hidden gem. Great place for a family vacation with extended family. Lots of activities for kids. Great swimming pool. table tennis, jacuzzi, disco, billiards, air hockey. The food prepared by the Maharaj was delicious (all vegetarian). good safe neighborhood, easy to walk out to some local restaurants. Many more within a short driving distance. We made so many good memories within our short 2-day stay. I highly recommend this place.

Stunning Lonavala Getaway Seven Sands Forest Pool Villa in Lonavala was a fantastic escape! The luxurious 6 BHK villa, boasts breathtaking mountain views, a pristine private pool, and spacious rooms with modern amenities. The staff was attentive, the food delicious, and the vibe perfectly relaxing. It’s ideal for groups or families. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Great place. Great caretaker and great food. The property location is fabulous. Once you reach, you won’t want to come back while the memories are etched for a long time when you leave the place. The property is chic and the garden in front is spacious and loaded with Colours of different hue and shades of the flowers. The lake adjoining the property adds to the calmness of the ambience. The food prepared by the caretaker family is superb and sumptuous. We stayed for a day but wished we stayed more. Great place for a family get together or a couple looking for serenity from the hustle and bustle of the corporate world. Strong recommendation to go there for a different experience very different to an experience that you get from a resort. We wanted to cut off from general people and be there with the nature and this farm experience gave us exactly that. Thanks and wish to be back sooner than later with wider family.

The villa was very well-maintained and clean. Rooms were well-kept and ready when we arrived. All 3 pools were crystal clear and clean, kids had a great time. Dhananjay, he was the caretaker and kept coordinating to check if things were good for us. The pure veg food made by Chef Mithun was the best that we have eaten in Lonavala area when it comes to pure veg villa's. Even the service was on point and not delayed. Highly recommended and Overall 5/5 rating.. would love to come back and thank you for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Staycation, it just felt like home away from home from the moment we stepped in. We were a family with kids, elders & youngsters; there was something available for everyone to remain entertained, the kids loved the play zone and remained engaged happily throughout. The place lived upto our expectations and we are extremely happy with Mr Sachin who was a great host and kept checking on us all the time. He was warm welcoming & easy to reach out as & when we required. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay during your visit to Lonavala; it’s kids friendly and a great place to be with friends, family or relatives. My parents, my wife, and me had an amazing one night beneath the stars. Felt like middle of nowhere but we were taken care well by caretaker Deepali. The home is cozy and just as described. Peaceful with breathtaking view. We specially enjoyed the outdoor seating areas - the patio, poolside, terrace - all fantastic places to chill and unwind. At night, the poolside lights are beautiful. Things to note for future travellers: - frequent electricity cuts specially in the afternoon - pool size small so don’t expect to splash a lot and needs some renovation - gets chilly at night even in summers - last 100m stretch is a road under construction as of May 10, 2025 - you are the only visitor in this complex, there are not even any other houses around - master bedroom don’t have attached washroom, you have just one bathroom on the top floor and one downstairs - one hungry, mischievous but super cute cat steals your food so be careful to lock doors - no network but wifi is good Will revisit!

This one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in so close to mumbai .180 year old heritage property that’s lovingly looked after by the owners and Ganesh n Sangeeta who make everything comfortable. Sangeeta is an amazing cook n Ganesh with his Sunny n helpful attitude made us feel very much at home . Since it’s so close to home we will surely visit again !

The place was one of the cleanest AirBnb's that I've visited. It looks exactly like the photos, and Sadab (the co-host) was super polite, very professional and provided every facility properly. One of the best experiences I've had in terms of booking a villa in Lonavala (And trust me, I've been to a lot here!)

the property is quite good with amenities like a pool and a projector with a large to watch movies or sports matches on. the property was quite clean and well maintained. the care takers Samrat and Vaishali were quite helpful and on hand in case anything was required. would definitely recommend to families since the area is accessible and in a quiet area with plenty of space in the property for kids to play in. the owner is also quite responsive in case of any queries.
